"Honey are we sure this is my room" Alex heard her mother whisper.
"We prepared this, especially for you, do you like it," Jonathan asked her mother.
She turned to them with a smile, "I do but isn't this room too much for just one person.".
"Please don't be so kind, we are glad you like it," Jonny said.
Her two grandparents held her hand, "This is enough for what you have done for our granddaughter, so please don't be so shy & inform us of anything you need"
She turned to her daughter then back to them, "Am glad she finally found her family, so as long as she's happy then am happy"
After showing Alex her room they all sat down and she listened to her mother chatting happily with her grandparents.
It was now a week she since started staying at Levi's and had not got a call from Nathan.
Her life had turned so smoothly she had forgotten how to wake up early.
All she did was wake up to her grandparent's kisses, her mother's cooking and her uncle's overprotective eyes. It was fun during the first week and it still was but something was missing.
She lazily got out of bed now and took a shower, her room was so huge sometimes she forgot which room was the bathroom or her closet.
"Morning, "she said walking into the dining room.
"Morning "everyone answered.
"Grandpa" she called.
"Mmm, pumpkin" he smiled
"Can I start working again? Am getting lazy since I quit my job" she said after joining the family they requested her to quit it.
"So what do have planned, "he asked.
"Oh, I didn't think you would agree that fast "
He chuckled," You need to know that anything you say we will agree with it ".
"Can I work at my old place then "
"Anything but that... We can't allow our only granddaughter to be an employee. Tell your uncles what kind of business you want & they will handle the rest " he said.
She turned to her uncles who smiled brightly," Anything little Ria & we will make it happen "
She blinked.
....
Frowning after the third try Alex hang up, he wasn't answering his phone.
"Hi, Becca is Nathan busy," she asked.
"Oh, his isn't, he left work early today," she said.
"Okay, but is he alright his not picking up my calls"
"Oh, his not been in a good mood lately since you left I guess he's still sulking" she let out.
"But I thought he would let that go" she sighed.
"You know him with his emotions. It's so hard to please him so when he's mad it's even worse" said Becca.
"Thanks, Becca, I will call him again later," she said.
"Okay, so how is it living with them?" she asked.
Alex smiled, "It's great but I still miss my old life, my sister, Dad, Roy and you but especially...." she stopped.
"I know who it is & I understand. But he seemed to be hurt by that decision so give him time to cool and you can talk. But am glad they are treating you well".
"They are, everyday is like another chapter in a fairytale so am still adjusting but happy"
Becca squealed, "Am happy for you dear".
"Thanks, Becca, I will hang up now," she said.
"Okay, take care"
