Throughout the day Sam had fun watching over the babies. First, he watched some kid's nursery rhymes with them, then he played with some baby toys, after that he fed both of them which turned out to be a big mess but he still managed to feed both babies at the same time. After feeding them he bathed them and they played some more. But maybe around 2 or 4 o'clock they had their afternoon naps.
So Sam went down to his room to sleep as well.
But when he woke up again it was night already so Sam decided to go back into the baby's room. he was surprised at how much sleep he got even with two babies inside his house. "I guess they were tired as I was." He thought as he looked at Liam and Helena. They were sleeping like angels in their cribs and Sam couldn't help but smile. "They're perfect," he whispered. And then he gently climbed under the covers next to them and fell asleep for good.
The next morning Sam woke up feeling refreshed, not only because of all the sleep he got but because he felt safe knowing that the babies were fine. When he got to go check on them in their crib Helena was already awake and Liam was sound asleep. "You are an early bird aren't you." Sammy smiled as he carried her out of the crib. Helena smiled as she clapped her baby hands. How about we wake up Liam too," he said as he gently carried Liam in his arms.
He carried both two babies in his arms and when downstairs to the kitchen.
"You two stay here so Uncle can go brush his teeth." He said as he sat them in their high chair. "Can you please watch them for a second Lily," he asked the house cleaner as she was already there clean. She smiled and nodded her head.
He quickly rushed upstairs to the bathroom took a shower and brushed his teeth. After getting ready He when back downstairs and found an unusual guest.
When he entered the kitchen he found Destiny sitting and playing with the twins. "Why are you here?" He asked as he walked around the counter, "Why can't I come and visit my husband?" She asked still looking at the babies. "No problem but why come now after all those weeks you had to come and apologized but you decided to come now," he remarked, Destiny turned to him with a smile and said something that he wasn't expecting. "Since you want a divorce so bad I brought the papers for you. What's the point of taking a break if we all know that divorce is the answer." She started taking out divorce papers. Sammy stood there for a second trying to understand why she was doing this to him but he then said, "Lily can you please take the kids upstairs." Lily quickly nodded her head as she grabbed the twins and went upstairs.
"I'm sorry, I thought this would be better than me storming into your house but it seems like I made things worse," Destiny said while standing up from the table. "Why are you doing this?" Sammy asked, "well it's because I want to save you the pain," she replied, Sammy sighed as he ran his hands through his hair. "I've always asked you this question, 'Did you ever love me?" Asked, "Cause if you ever did love you would have never caused me this much pain. To think that the person I've loved my whole life will be the one to hurt me the most!" He
remarked, Destiny slowly backed away and closed her eyes in shame, she didn't even try to defend herself; she just shut down and said nothing else.
Sammy took a deep breath as he looked at her and said, "I hate the fact that I'm the only one who cared about our relationship, I hate the fact that I'm the one who's listening to your problems and fixing them, I hate the fact that you can go to sleep without seeing or thinking about me, AND I HATE THE FACT THAT I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO THINK THAT IF I DID EVERYTHING YOU LIKED YOU WOULD LOVE ME BACK!" "But I guess I was wrong." He said as he sat down.
Destiny looked at him and didn't say anything. She just stood there and waited until he spoke again. He got up once again and walked towards her. He stopped right before her, "You know what I've realized? That you were just using me to get over your ex! You used me to make yourself feel better!" He yelled, "That's why you didn't even care when I told you about how I felt, you acted like it didn't matter and I should just forget it!" Sammy
continued yelling, "I tried so hard to tell you that I wanted you more than anything in the world and you didn't even care!" Sammy shouted, "You just told me to let it go! That's the reason we're here today! Why am I here?" He asked, "Because you don't want me anymore! You don't want me to be happy, you don't want me to have my own family, you don't want me to have a career, and you certainly don't want me to keep living a good life while I'm separated from you!" He exclaimed, "I'm glad that you finally told me that you didn't love me because I can move on now and start my life again!"
since Destiny already signed the divorce agreement Sammy grabbed the pen and signed it. "There, you got what you wanted." He said pushing the paper to her. Destiny looked at the papers and then back at Sammy, "What do you mean 'there'" She asked, "there's no point in talking to you anymore." Sammy replied, "Well good luck with everything, I hope you find happiness." He said as he left the room, and went upstairs.

Lily found Sammy in his office reading a book. "How are you holding up?" She asked, "Tired." He replied. "Are you sure you don't need me to stay the night with you?" She asked, "It's okay, I'm fine." He answered, "But if you need someone to talk to I'm here." She said as she hugged him.
"Thanks, I guess I'll be going to bed soon." He said, "Are the twins asleep?" He asked, Lily smiled and nodded.
Lily smiled. She knew that he needed some space. Even though she knew she shouldn't be feeling this way toward her boss but she couldn't help falling for him. She knew now that his divorce he will probably not open his heart up to anyone else. Not even her.
She knew that he had been hurt by his wife and that he still loved her, even though they were divorced. But the thing that caught her attention is that he seemed to be cold towards her. It confused her because he never treated her like he normally does. He was always kind, gentle, loving, and sweet to her. But lately, he seemed to be distant.
Not wanting to make things awkward, she decided to leave.
When Lily left he decided to go to sleep. Since today was their last day he was looking after the twins he decided to sleep next to them. He held them tightly in his arms as he fell asleep.
