– Outskirts of Site-17 - 10:24 AM –
The Skull Robot and the Spider Lady, after killing all the guards that were posted outside the site and on its rooftop, were standing in front of an electricity board on a wall outside the facility.
Reaching out from his hand, the Skull Robot grasped the electricity board panel and ripped it out with ease.
"Let's go."
Bringing out a dark aether crystal, he punctures the electricity board with it that sends a dark aether electrical current throughout Site-17.
"What's that supposed to do?" The Spider Lady asked.
"Malfunction whatever systems they have in the facility and give us less of a difficult time but rather for them instead."
":3 I'll take the vents."
"I'll go through the entrance situated on the rooftop," The Skull Robot said to the Spider Lady as he brought out the Peacekeeper shotgun, "Don't mess this up."
"^_^ I won't." The Spider Lady replied with a sweetful smile as she entered the vents while the skull robot went through the rooftop door and entered Site-17.
"Forsaken, send some Super Soldats and Panzerhunds to my location, let them cause some chaos in this facility."
[Affirmative.]

In the office of Dr. Amelia Buck, she and Molly were handling some files and documents when all of a sudden, the office lights started flickering in and out before the PA system came to life and broadcast a message across Site-17.
[Warning! Multiple SCP containment cell failures detected. All staff members retreat to their respective safe zones and all Security Personnel take up arms and secure the site. This is not a drill.]
"What's going on?" Amelia wondered as she turned to Molly, who had an uneasy expression.
"Buck... the arrow."
Amelia frowned, "Yeah, let's secure that first."
Afterwards, the two female scientists made their way to the containment cell where the Stand arrow was stored.
Later, Amelia and Molly soon arrived at the containment cell to check the arrow, only to find the arrow gone and was replaced solely with a piece of paper with something written on it.
"What!?"
Stepping forward, Amelia picks up the paper and reads it.
"I see."
"What does it say?" Molly asked.
"This paper was written by Rodeo which states that he handed the arrow to Miguel for safe keeping in case any SCP, Group of Interest, or D4C himself tries to take it."
"While being in a warzone?!"
At that moment, the two heard a mechanical roar and turned around to see a Panzerhund approaching them.
"Grrrrrrr."
Amelia scowled, "You gotta be kidding me."
Then the two call out their Stands.
—————————————————————
—Bam!
Scp-682, the Hard-to-Destroy Reptile was violently trying to break out from his chains and restraints since the Site-17 containment systems were malfunctioning from the dark aether crystal the skull robot used.
"I WILL BE FREE!"
At last, he managed to free himself from his bonds and shackles before bursting through a wall of his containment cell and entering a hallway where he was confronted by a squad of seven Scp Guards firing at him.
"Pathetic creatures."
With an earth-shattering roar, he began ripping and tearing his way through them, his rage deafening the heavens. But being the size of an SUV van at the moment, he had a difficult time moving through the narrow space hallway.
—————————————————————
In a hallway on the 4th floor of the site, Iris and Lucy were running away from a Super Soldat chasing them down.
"Why are we running?" Lucy asked.
"So that thing doesn't crush our skulls!" Iris shouted in response as she and Lucy suddenly noticed an instance of SCP-939 moving directly in their direction.
"Duck!"
Scp-939 lunged towards Iris and Lucy, but both quickly bend over and the creature with many voices flies over them and slams into the Super Soldat. Seeing this as a threat, the Super Soldat starts beating up 939 while the red eyeless dog fights back. This presents an opportunity, and both Iris and Lucy make a run for it.
"I hope the rest are alright."

In Abby's containment cell, the young girl was currently drawing something on the paper when all of a sudden, she heard the alarms outside of her room, assuming it might be the scary dinosaurs rampaging again. But as usual, her door was shut tight and it seemed like she was alright and safe for now.
"As long as that door is closed, I have nothing to worry about."
Then to her surprise, the door suddenly got ripped open and a Super Soldat stepped inside.
"?"
"Oh…" Abby quickly glanced around anxiously before noticing one of her toys on the floor. Immediately, she picked it up and yelled.
">_< Go! Go! Rabbit plushie!"
Then she throws the rabbit plushie at the Super Soldat's face only for it to bounce off him and fall on the floor. The Super Soldat lowered its gaze at the toy with visible confusion.
Returning his gaze back at Abby, the Super Soldat found she was nowhere to be seen and looked around to see her running down a hallway, using the ultimate Joestar technique of...
"Run away!"
The Super Soldat attempted to follow her but she had already outrunned him and was already out of his sights. The Super Soldat grunts in anger and just leaves, turning his attention to other areas in the facility.

– Site-28, Soho Neighborhood, New York City - 10:30 AM –
When Rodeo, Michelle, Robert, Krieg and the other MTF soldiers of Urban Brawl along with the pilots and Sargent Gordon finally arrived at Site-28, they discovered that it was unexpectedly just a normal apartment building.
"So site-28 is a normal apartment building?" Michelle inquired.
Sargent Ramirez replied, "Yeah, now get in the building," he said as he looked at one of his soldiers named Gordon, "Gordon! You and the rest of Pi-1 hide the humvees somewhere. Don't want to draw attention to this site."
Gordon and the rest of the MTF soldiers of "City Slickers" nod and start concealing the humvees. Rodeo and the rest approached the entrance door of the apartment building that served as Site-28. As they approached, the door opened by itself and they were met with an SCP Foundation researcher.
"Get in! Quick!"
Everyone hurried inside the building and as they were exploring the interior they discovered that although it was a normal apartment building on the outside, most if not all its rooms have been converted into research labs, containment cells for safe-class Scp artifacts, artwork, communication, security control rooms and a medical bay. The place was secured surprisingly enough.
"Woah." Michelle said, looking around in awe.
"Woah indeed!" Sane Kreig incurred as he spoke.
"You got any injured troops?" Robert asked the researcher, who let out a nod.
"Yes, in the medical bay. Think you can help?"
"Certainly. I got the ability to heal and repair things after all."
"Good. Follow me." The researcher said as he moved forward, followed by Robert as they made their way to the medical bay.
Watching as Robert left the group, Rodeo turned his attention to the MTF commander and asked, "Sargent! I need a commanding officer to provide us with an overview of the city's situation prior to our arrival, so that we can turn the tide in our favor."
"He is in the briefing room at the moment."
"Lead us to him." The MTF Captain of Tau-51, who was being silent most of the time, spoke out as he and Rodeo both faced his direction.
"Alright then," Sargent Ramirez nodded his head and led them to the one in charge. Michelle and Krieg, on the other hand, decided to explore the site for now.
"The kid is too serious today." Sane Kreig remarked beside Michelle, who seemed to be worried.
"Look he's... No. He has a lot of pressure on him with everything going on, and…" she paused again, "No doubt he's blaming himself for their arrival."
"We just need to be there for him and help him when he is at a low point," said Sane Kreig.
Michelle smiled at his response, "Okay, Krieg."
"Let's head for the rooftop. See if we can scope for anyone attempting to approach this site."
—————————————————————
A commanding officer of MTF PI-1, "City Slickers" was standing in front of a table within the briefing room, fixing his eyes on a map of the city. At the next moment, he noticed Rodeo and the Captain of Tau-51 enter the room.
He politely greeted them, "Gentlemen."
"Sir." Rodeo replied.
"One of your men told us you know what happened in the city before we arrived here," said the MTF Captain of Urban Brawl.
"Look at the map here," The commanding officer gestures at the map in front of him, "They appeared out of these dimensional gateways in the middle of the city Town's Square and across the sea port areas, completely surrounded the city and started tearing their way through everything and everyone, but... those guys were different."
Rodeo narrowed his eyes, "Which guys?"
"Some Blue Alien along with a gang of other aliens and a creature with a trident-like spear, they were just merciless," The commanding officer stated, sweat began to pour from his head as he remembered the video footage he had witness, "Not long after the invasion began, 100 National Guards and 500 soldiers of the US military were mobilized, yet that Blue Alien alone was able to wipe out one-fourth of them as though they were mere insects, I saw it firsthand."
"You got photos?"
The commanding officer pulled out a small folder from his trench coat and showed a couple of photos regarding the alien and the trident spear wielding humanoid. Rodeo and the Tau-51 Captain both stared at it for an extended while. The MTF Captain of Urban Brawl knows neither of them, and while Rodeo couldn't recognise the spear one, he... did recognise the blue alien.
"Damn it! You should be in the No More Heroes universe! Why is he here?!" Rodeo shouted in confusion. Thinking for a moment, he immediately realized something, "Forsaken, he recruited them."
"Speaking about recruitment, did the Foundation ever utilize the anomalies against the enemy?" The MTF Captain of Urban Brawl asked.
"We tried. However, it's not that easy to do so," The commanding officer started, "First, anomalous artifacts and weapons we possess are certainly quite beneficial, but there is a chance they may end up in the enemy's hands. For this reason, we don't use them very occasionally on the battlefield. Same as goes with the dangerous anomalies we've contained, the majority of them are not interested in helping humanity, and some are just too dangerous that it could destroy both sides."
"What about Memetic Kill Agents?"
"While we could defeat the Reich easily with it, these dark aether creatures were somehow immune to it," he stated, and that utterly surprised Rodeo by this information. "Not only that, we attempted to transmit a number of Cognitohazard anomalies on that flying fortress, but their defensive systems rivaled even ours, it'll take a lot of time just to access their systems."
"What about our best Mobile Task Force units, such as Tau-5?"
"They were busy dealing with a dangerous anomaly along with MTF Omega-1 at the moment, but details are highly classified and are under strict confidentiality."
"Reality Benders?" Rodeo is turn to ask. "There are like a lot, especially powerful ones under the foundation's custody, did you deploy any of them?"
The commanding officer shook his head, "As I previously stated, most are too dangerous that could destroy both sides, and some lacked the strength to take down a squad of armed militants," he claimed. But despite his words, his expression doesn't suggest that they had lost hope, "...Fortunately, we do have only one Reality Bending SCP that was deployed here by the foundation before you even arrived here."
"Who?"
"Cameron."

– Manhattan, New York, America - 10:33 AM –
On the street of Manhattan, a whole battalion of Reich soldiers were being pinned to the ground by a 18 year old boy dressed in a superhero outfit bearing the SCP Foundation's insignia.
At first glance, the young man appeared ridiculous and odd for something in the middle of a battlefield. But seeing a whole army of heavily armed militants being subdued in such a manner with relative ease was clear that this was no ordinary 18 year old.
This was SCP-2241, also known as "Cameron the Crusader."
"And foundation avenger!" Cameron said, smiling broadly.
Yeah... that as well. Ever since he got contained by the foundation when he was seven years old he has been training his powers over the years and improving them. Until he had reached 18 years of age, he had mastered them to a great degree, although his tendency to throw angry fits and tantrums is still in him no matter how much of a superhero he thinks he is.
Elevating his hand, Cameron simply utilized his anomalous powers to wrap the Reich soldiers to lampposts with a metal cable from the ground and tie them sufficiently enough to prevent them from escaping in a synchronize manner.
"You villains should really need to try better than to use guns on me and besides you can't hurt me with bullets. For I am…"
With a dramatic flash, Cameron struck a superman pose in front of the soldiers.
"A superhero!"
The Reich soldiers appeared very dumbfounded upon seeing this.
"...Are you for real?" said one of them.
"Yup!"
"Then you're a fool for viewing the world through a comedic lance rather than in a realistic one, boy! When you face the ugly truth of the real world, you will know the difference between fiction and reality! And you will regret it!"
"Hmm... Speech is mediocre and nowhere close to major supervillain levels of a speech. I'll rate you a 4 out of 10."
"ಠ_ಠ Dummkopf."
At that moment, Cameron noticed a one-eyed humanoid figure wielding a trident-like spear looking at him from an alleyway before starting walking into the darkness.
":0 Super villain?"
Feeling the sudden excitement, Cameron followed after him. Watching as he leaves, the Reich soldier let out a cruel grin, knowing the danger the kid was ignorantly heading for.
"You have no idea who you are following, and he will give you a taste of your medicine... Now how do we get out of these lampposts?" he asked the rest of his men, who only shrugged their shoulders.
