Down a hallway, Spy was running down across while Green was chasing him down.
"Why are you running? Why are you running!?"
"Because running is a legitimate strategy." Spy loudly replied and made a right turn before continuing running.
Pulling out his disguise kit, he was about to activate it but it was blasted off his hands by Green's Stand Cerberus' electric bolt.
Spy grunts and once he opened a door, he found himself in the cafeteria but no one was present there. Spy turned around and saw Green standing next to the door with his Cerberus beside him.
"Well mon ami. It looks like this is the end of the line for me and for you as well."
"What do you mean?"
"I'm saying that one of us shall walk out of this place alive."
At that moment, the two started circling each other. Once Green removes his helmet, he throws it away and glares at him. Spy swinged his rapier sword left and right testing his swings a little bit.
"You see, Agent Green. We're not so different you and I. We're both hired guns, but the only difference being that you fight to protect others while I fight to get paid." Spy asked coldly, "But I will ask though, what do you see in Dr. Buck that you will be hell bent on protecting her?"
"She's gone through many things in her past and suffered in a way, something which I've gone through as well. But our situations in the past, although different, we did lose something precious to us. I also care about her."
"Ah! Love for your friends and that doctor is what keeps you going and you are ready to protect those precious people no matter what?"
"Yes." He nodded.
"Then you have my respect as a man, Agent Green, but we have a job to do right now. Which involves me getting out of this facility."
"And me stopping you." Green finished.
They both then stopped circling each other and took their stance. Once Green calls Cerberus beside him, he then suddenly sees seven Spies.
"What the hell is this?!"
"With my armor gone, I can move so fast that I create afterimages. Now let us dance."
Spy and his afterimages charge towards Green but Cerberus quickly made an ice broadsword and started deflecting the attacks, but the speed at which they were attacking was very fast. Cerberus back flips and lands on top of a table and kicks the table towards the Spy and the after images but they just cut the table into pieces.
Appearing behind them, Cerberus uses his ice sword and swung to cut down the afterimages but Spy jumped away from the attack but his afterimages got hit instead.
After dealing with the afterimages, Green and Cerberus looked around but couldn't spot him, realizing he had turned invisible. Then something slashed Green's right arm and on Cerberus' right knee.
Grunting in pain, the ears from the Stand suddenly perk up, and so, it instantly turns around.
"WAR!"
Cerberus punched something, which became visible again, appearing to be Spy.
"How the hell did it find out where I was?!"
Taking a few steps back, Spy jumped towards Green, but Cerberus swung with his sword and Spy followed with both of their swords clashed with each other.
Jumping away, Spy rushed towards the two again with a vertical swing but the Stand parried the attack before uppercutting Spy in the chin and Sparta kicked him hard into a wall and crashed into it.
Extending his Rapier at Cerberus' direction, he pulls the trigger on his sword's hilt, which fires the blade at Cerberus but he simply swats it away and the blade ricochets off the wall on the right.
Coming back to Spy, he grabs it and reattaches it to his hilt and before Cerberus could react, Spy at quick speeds slashed his abdomen, causing Green to feel the damage as well.
"Fool! I'm at top speeds."
Creating more afterimages of himself, they all charged at Cerberus and Green. But then, Cerberus drops the ice sword and punches the floor, sending a current of electricity throughout the entire cafeteria floor, which hits the Spy, stunning him.
Seeing a very good opening, Cerberus unleashed a barrage of punches on him.
"WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR!"
Reeling his right fist back, Cerberus punches the Spy in the face with much force, sending him flying through multiple walls till he crashes into the wall of some unknown room.
Green hurriedly runs for the room where he crashed in, and once his eyes lay in there, Green was almost shocked, because a metal rod had pierced his chest, possibly from the rubble and was lying motionless on the ground dead.
Due to seeing much gore in the Foundation for years, he seems to get used to this bloody scene.
"Jesus, guess we need a body bag and a burial for this guy."
As his words faded, suddenly something translucent was approaching him slowly. That humanoid in a translucent state appeared to be the man that was supposed to be dead, was behind him.
Turns out, the Spy used his Dead Ringer to fake his death and he was actually standing a couple of meters behind Green, approaching him very slowly while in his invisible state by tiptoeing towards him so that Cerberus didn't pick up his presence with his ears.
'Sorry Agent Green, but sometimes you have to use every trick in the book to win. And I'm doing just that.'
Once Spy was now behind Green, he was going to backstab him with his sword and get the win. But suddenly his invisibility watch started crackling with electricity, causing Cerberus to pick up the sound and instantly, he punched him in the face, becoming visible again as he fell on the floor, holding his face in pain.
"WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
"You see when I punched the floor, I did electrocute you, but at the same time I stored electricity inside your watch, and when you came close to me or Cerberus the electricity started getting drawn to the one who stored it in the first place. Me."
"You planned this?!!"
"Yes I did. And the way you fought against everyone back at that room, I knew you were ready to pull any trick to get what you needed. So I knew you would pull a stunt like this."
Enraged, Spy weakly got up and tried to attack Green, but Cerberus grabbed his sword in place, and once he stopped his attack, Green mumbled.
"Hell 2 U."
Following his words, the Stand unleashed countless afterimages of punches on him.
"WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR! WAR!"
Igniting his right fist in flames, Cerberus punched Spy in the face with a much larger force with it, sending him crashing into a vending machine which was lying in the room they were in.
Even receiving thousands of punches, Spy glared at him and in one last act, he muttered.
"Go fuck yourself."
This is his last move before passing out. Seeing this, Green lets out a sigh of relief and grabs Spy and takes him with him.
The winner of this fight was Rodeo's team and the Foundation, and all of Spy's team were put into containment.

Appearance: It is a suit Stand same as White album and Oasis. It consists of a metallic bird mask with its eye's glowing blue, clawed glove hands, a top hat and a british suit.

Abilities:
[Dimensional Hat]: Its top hat can store items and weapons in it since it acts as a pocket dimension.
Drawback: Items can easily fall off from the top hat, the top hat also cannot store large things like vehicles while the Stand itself isn't much durable.
[Combat Suit]: Not only the suit itself allows its user to fly and clawed glove hands are perfect for combat, it also gives the user with superhuman strength and speed, which already showed that Albert had taken down dozens of heavily armed men with ease and able to fight against Rodeo's team, which are mostly Stands, who are surpassed the strength of an average human.
[Faded Away]: The most deadly ability called Faded away, which creates a blue cloud of smoke in a particular area and summons a murder of crows which attack anyone who moves. The ability lasts for 30 minutes and it remains active even in a world of stop time since time is irrelevant to the Crows. It attacks more violently the faster the targets could travel, regardless of their speed or durability, even that opponent could move faster than light or durable as Diamond. If one of the crows are killed a new one will appear and take that crow's place.
Drawbacks: The crows cannot attack close to the User from a meter, which it'll fly back where it came. The opponent can use this to his advantage and use the user as a shield, the user is also vulnerable to long range attacks from opponents who cannot move anywhere due to the Fade Away ability. Also the Stand and the blue cloud are visible to non-Stand users but non-Stand Users can't see the crows. Non-organic things like drones, RV vehicles, and other moving objects do not get attacked by the Crows because they only attack organic things like humans, animals, even organic beings with no life.

Form Type: Artificial Humanoid
Special Type: N/A
Appearance: It appears as a robotic humanoid with three vertical slits on its face, it has a triangular shaped torso and on its chest, the word N.I.T.R.O.N is written in a black text and has two exhaust pipes in the areas where the ears should be.
It has two dark blue nitro canisters attached to its back, its arms and legs are slightly thin and robotic in nature. Also its entire body is neon blue in color.
Cry: DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE, OVERDRIVE!

Abilities:
[Acceleration]: It allows the user to run at speeds capable enough to catch up to a car or a motorbike, the ability makes the user quite fast, agile and reflexive while it uses the fuel in its nitro's canister to go such speeds. The fuel is simple: Energy drinks or any food item that provides energy to the body.
Drawbacks: The Stand has mid level durability and if the canisters go from 100% to 50% or lower, the Stand will start losing speed and will become more predictable to opponents and lose its agility and reflexiveness as well.

Appearance: It appears as a very muscular and well built humanoid with three wolf heads, its entire body is covered in gray fur and wears a dark green flowing loin cloth around its waist and wears yellow colored cuff bracelets on its wrists and ankles that have the red color omega symbol imprinted on them. The first wolf's eyes glow red, the second one's glow blue and the third one's eyes glow yellow.

[Enhanced Hearings]: The Stand's ears have the ability to pick up any sound from afar, even its extremely low volume sound from a far distance.
[Elemental Manipulation]: It is a powerful close range Stand with good durability, strength and somewhat good precision. An elemental Stand that can manipulate fire, ice and lightning, absolutely controlling their movement and flow and reshape them in any way it wants. For example, it can turn and morph a campfire into a spear or chain. The ice cubes can be turned into spikes etc. And can use long range attacks with the weapons it makes from the elements like spears or chains for example.
It shows it can even absorb one attack from Ride Me to Hell before shooting back but countless times more powerful, capable of melting strong metals that could even withstand the heat of the sun in seconds.
Drawbacks: It requires good focus and concentration from the user to manipulate the three elements otherwise they might not be able to control the element properly. Also the user cannot store or absorb too much of that said element or it might cause strain or worse damage the user's body. The Stand also needs to be close, somewhere ten meters from said element in order to manipulate the element.
For example, if they try to morph the ice cubes from afar, the ice cubes won't morph due to the user and Stand being far from it. They need to be close to it to work. Also it can only manipulate one element at a time, not all of them at once.

Appearance: It is a female humanoid with long flowing white hair and silver gray skin with its eye color similar to its User. It wears a white color knee length greek women's chiton, a black colored short heel sandals on its feet and wears emerald green teal earrings on its ears. While it has keyholes on the palm of its hands.
Cry: KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCKERRRRR!

Abilities:
[Locked]: Its ability is to lock body parts in place by making a keyhole on that said body part by simply making contact on it.
For example, if a keyhole is made on the palm of your hand, you won't be able to move your hand's fingers, grip your hand or move it left or right since it's been locked in place. If the Stand touches the keyhole again, the keyhole disappears and you will be able to move your hand again. That ability can be useless for the Stand as it can fight perfectly and can be used for strategic fights.
Drawbacks: The Stand doesn't have too good durability and the keyholes need to be made by getting close to the opponent. If the distance between the opponent moves and the Stand were too far between a very long distance, the keyhole made on the opponent will start to slowly disappear.

– Ward K, Infirmary, Site-19 - 1:30 AM –
On the infirmary, we could see Evan, Carlos, Miguel, Green, Jeff, Krieg and Michelle were getting patched up after the fight they had with Spy's gang. Rodeo was in a different ward due to the severity of his injuries.
They weren't the only one's though. The Foundation staff who got hurt by Albert's ability were also getting patched up as well. And many other wards were also filled with injured Foundation staff as well.
"To think those crow's can move in your world of stop time, it's kind of shocking." Miguel said.
"Yeah, I can only dread to imagine what other Stands the arrows might have created out there." Evan wondered.
"But we have the arrow and Spy's gang in our custody. So win-win for us." Green said.
"But Rodeo.... is hurt. I wish we could have done something for him." Michelle worriedly said.
Everybody looked down and felt bad, Rodeo got severely injured because they couldn't do anything against Albert and they felt like they could have done something more for him.
"I'll go check on him. You guys stay here." Green said to the rest.
Everyone nods, and as the doctor finishes patching Green, he stands up and leaves the room.

At another ward, Amelia was sitting on a chair as she was looking at Rodeo, who was lying on a bed. His face and entire body was covered in bandages and he hasn't moved yet.
Behind her, the door opened and it was Green.
"How is he?" He asked.
"He hasn't moved yet, but his injuries were just so severe. Green... he's in this state because of me."
Green took a chair and sat next to her and responded, "Amelia, he'll wake up. And please stop blaming yourself for everything. We won and Rodeo is still with us. And I'm with you."
"Thank you, Thomas."
They then heard a grunt noise, they turned to the source and it revealed it was coming from Rodeo.
"What happened?" He asked, since his face was covered in bandages, he couldn't see anything for now at least.
He then felt two hands holding his right hand gently, from what he had to guess, it might have come from Amelia and Green.
"Who is it?"
"It's me, Rodeo." Amelia said.
"And me as well."
"Amelia, Green.... Did we win?"
"Yes we did." Amelia replied.
"And Spy's team?"
"They're in containment." Green answered next.
"And Evan and the rest?"
"They're getting themselves patched up but they will be fine. How are you feeling?"
"Broken. That's what I feel like. I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"For pushing my body too far even though I knew my injuries hadn't healed perfectly from Chilli Pepper's attack."
"It's ok. We're just glad that you're alright."
"And that's what matters."
"Thanks. And what about the Stand Arrow?"
"It's in containment as well."
"Good. One down and five more to go." Rodeo sighed. "Man, I really wish you guys could have lived normal lives, you know. Now your Stand Users."
"We don't mind."
"You don't?"
"No we don't, Emma will talk to the council regarding our current predicament."
"I see, you know I did see you two had a moment back in that city's alleyway."
""What?!""
"And I'm happy for you two. I just want to see you two smile and live happily, and I'll try my best to make this world better for all of you. No matter what obstacles are in my path, and no matter what type of pain I have to endure or what type of evil comes after us. Because we're family."
(Vin Diesel: Yes... family. Nothing is stronger than family)
By Rodeo's words, Amelia and Green looked at each other and smiled before looking back at him. Cerberus and Locked Away then appeared and held his other hand gently which Rodeo does the same.
It was a tough day for Rodeo and the gang and the Foundation.
Some hidden secrets were unlocked.
Some form of love was shown.
And some fights took place.
But at the end of the day, Rodeo's team was victorious and with one Stand arrow in their hands, they were now one step closer to getting the Arrows.
Fate has favored Rodeo.
