Ryu followed Arnt to where the inheritance of the ancient god of the fist was. when they were going Ryu was still worried for his mother maria and still thinking about where she was put.
"Arnt, what is a profound ice crystal and why can it hold my mother for 15 years without her condition deteriorating"Ryu asked Arnt to explain what is the profound ice crystal. Ryu was still in disbelieve about how the coffin can hold her mother for 15 years as is still new to cultivation and ignorant about something heaven-defying more than profound ice crystal. If Ryu only finds out that Arnt lied to him about the coffin, I wonder what his expression will be like.
Arnt stopped and looked back at Ryu, he had a strange expression on his face, "don't worry your mom will be fine for 15 years in that coffin without anything happening to her, who knows maybe the coffin can last even more than its 15 years"
Ryu didn't look convinced about what Arnt said, he didn't look convinced when he saw the strange expression on Arnt, he ask more forcefully again"how can it hold, that what I ask not an assurance from you "
Arnt was displeased when he heard Ryu still questioning him when he has already assured him that his mother will be fine, but he still explains"when I said it can because profound ice crystal is the most powerful ice in the whole world and can only be formed from the essence of water which can only be found in immortal realm accumulated together for a million years and that is only a size of a chunk, and it will freeze the innards of your mother which means it can stop time for your mother, so don't worry and don't bother me any more about that"Arnt explained deadpanning to Ryu and moved forward leaving Ryu with a blank face.
Ryu regained his wit and hurriedly followed Arnt, he said "I'm sorry for doubting you but I was only worried for my mother"Ryu apologize for not believing Arnt easily.
Arnt expression eased and he tells Ryu not to worry, he began explaining to Ryu about cultivation.
As they were conversing they arrived at the inheritance part of the cave and stop. Arnt pointed to the big black metallic safe-like structure in front of them, the save was covered with multi-colored light qi, precisely nine colored elemental qi which round it like an orbit or restrictions.
"Ryu we have arrived here, only me and you can enter here, it is not like nobody is here, what I meant is that only a person with nine elements gathering physique and me can enter into this safe, Arnt explained further when he sees Ryu's confusion.
"Inside here is part of the master inheritance, a memory crystal, and it contains all master memories about alchemy, blacksmithing, array and so on"Arnt explained to Ryu as he knows that Ryu won't know about this as he was born and raised In this remote place of the mortal word.
Ryu was at first dissatisfied when he heard Arnt talk about memories but when he heard Alchemy and the other professions he was overjoyed as he knows that does professions can elevate him in all ways, he may not know what god is but he knows they will be an incredible heaven-defying existence, so inheriting memories about professions from existence like that will incredibly beneficial to him.
"Ryu, enter and accept the inheritance there, you can also inherit this save and add your imprint into it as it can store anything you want to put there, the space inside is vast and after you put your imprint even I can't forcefully enter again, the person that can enter without your permission after that is only master, so hurry and accept the inheritance "Arnt hurried Ryu inside the save
Ryu moved forward and touch the light orbiting the save, the moment he touches the light, an eye inside the inner part of the cave flashed open, the eyes contain a gaze that looked down on everything in the world, it contains a pearl of profound wisdom and power, after the eyes open it looks in the direction of where Ryu was, it pierces the layer of space to Lock on Ryu, the person with eyes said"he's here"
Back to Ryu, after he touches the light he teleported inside the save and looked around, the inside of the cave was quite vast as Ryu's eyes can't see the end of the space inside the save. He moves, and when he was moving around he encounters all kinds of artifact and pills but most of the pills are not inside the medicinal case and has to get spoiled, he also saw some fighting techniques but most of them are fist techniques, he wasn't interested much in them, he passed them, his real aim now is the memories crystal, when he was moving around he arrived at a place where an illusionary figure of a sage-like middle-aged man is, the man has a bushy beard and has a domineering gaze but Ryu couldn't see the man head so he doesn't know the man expression, he looked into the figure and saw the memory crystal, he immediately moved toward It and touch it, after which he was confused what to do to activate the crystal when suddenly Arnt appeared at his back and said"just inject your qi into it, this memory crystal Is quite special it can only be activated by injecting all the nine elements qi into it"Arnt explained.
Ryu do as Arnt told and activate his physique and inject his nine elements qi into the crystal when 'booooom' the crystal enter Ryu's head and started injecting memories into it, Ryu screamed as his soul is going through unbearable pain as the memories entered his head.
Memories about Alchemy, Array formation, blacksmithing, painting, and so on start appearing inside Ryu's head, he rolls on the ground as he was in tremendous pain, when the pain was started to get unbearable and Arnt wants to help, suddenly the multi-colored stone inside Ryu's head shine and seal the remaining memories, and Ryu stopped screaming and rolling, Arnt was confused as this was the part he was supposed to help Ryu digest the memories, as even Arnt can't seal the memories because the crystal is a special one which Arnt can tamper with, it can be seen that the multi-colored stone is mysterious and powerful.
Ryu stopped panting and stand up from the ground, he was confused about what happens now as he was experiencing tremendous pain and it suddenly disappears, he checked Inside his memories and was instantly amazed as he now has memories of many professions, skills, and experience of the ancient god of fist, he started going through the memories, after a while he suddenly stopped, he stopped because there is nothing no more memories to check, he was confused, when he was thinking all this he heard a voice inside his head.
"Don't be confused, I sealed the remaining memories to stop the pain and perfectly preserve the remaining ones, as the person in Infront of you will not be able to do that and only help you acquire incomplete memories" the voice said
Ryu was startled when he heard the voice and panicked. he hurriedly asks "who are you and what are you doing inside my head, how do you get there"
"I'm you and you are me, and I'm here since you have been" the voice answered patiently.
