Even if Bill did not mention it, Jacob would never let those businessmen have their ways. After all, it was related to the well-being of all the citizens in Pentagon.
Upon receiving his assurance, Bill heaved a sigh of relief. He had utter faith in Jacob as he had witnessed his extraordinary capabilities.
Halfway through the car ride, Jacob alighted the vehicle. Instead of following Bill to the McMillan residence, he called Tony and asked the latter to gather some men.
Moments later, Tony arrived with a group of subordinates.
"Mr. Sullen, did something bad happen?" he queried as soon as he arrived.
"Stop asking questions. Just come with me."
Jacob brought him and the others to stand guard outside Gene's house.
"Uh… Isn't this Mr. Ludlow's house? Mr. Sullen, w-what are you trying to do?" An awkward look crept onto Tony's face.
Even though he was the underground king of Pentagon, he was still afraid of Gene, the real king of Pentagon.
