Jeremy turned tail and ran out of David's office.
He returned to his office in a poor mood. When he spied Camilla still waiting for him, a sly thought crossed his mind.
Jeremy's furious expression, however, scared the wits out of Camilla.
He approached her and asked, "Have you given my proposal any thought? I'm telling you, as long as you agree to my request I swear that we'll sign a deal with your company."
Jeremy was taking advantage of his knowledge of the situation, since he knew that Sentiment Chemical Limited had secured the deal.
Camilla pleaded, "Jeremy, c-could you ask for something else instead?"
