Zhang Haoran stood in the car park, his eyes involuntarily drawn to the sight of Chen Wei and Su Cheng together. A tight knot formed in his chest, a visceral reaction to the scene unfolding before him. He couldn't shake the discomfort of witnessing the two figures he held conflicting emotions for.
"Boss, we should go now if we don't want to be late for the meeting," Haoran suggested, turning his back to the scene as if to shield himself from the emotional turmoil brewing within.
"I'll take my car," Zhang Haoran declared, his tone curt, and he walked away briskly, leaving a cloud of tension lingering in the air.
"Let's go, Chen Wei," Su Cheng chimed in, offering a warm smile as he redirected Chen Wei's attention away from the retreating figure of Haoran.
