Chen Feng raised his work badge slightly and gestured to Jiang Chen, "I'm Miss Ye Yuwan's personal assistant, and this gentleman is Miss Ye's agent. We are late because of some work-related matters."
"All right, please come in!" The security guard confirmed Chen Feng's identity and reached out to open the side door.
Chen Feng led Jiang Chen through the door.
Entering through the side door, they found a small courtyard with several large boxes placed around, filled with various props, costumes, and the like.
"All these items belong to the venue. Due to the large scale of the selection event, there's no space inside to store them, so they had to be piled up here for now," Chen Feng explained and then walked towards a security door at the back of the courtyard.
When they arrived at the security door, Chen Feng swiped his work badge over the door's electronic sensor.
Beep beep beep!
Clunk!
A mechanical sound ensued, and the security door automatically opened.
