Ding dong!
The doorbell rang again, and the Queen whispered, "Si Daba, go and open the door."
"Yes." Si Daba responded, bowing his head as he backed out of the bedroom.
Once Si Daba had left, the Queen turned to Luo Sha and spoke softly, "Luo Sha, go and test the Dragon King."
Luo Sha also responded and turned to leave the bedroom.
Tap tap tap!
At that moment, a series of footsteps approached, and Si Daba, accompanied by Mo Rin, arrived at the bedroom door. Si Daba took a deep breath; he was always extremely nervous whenever he saw the Queen, even if he had just seen her moments ago. The anticipation of seeing her again did nothing to ease his nerves.
After composing himself, Si Daba reached out to knock on the door.
"Come in!"
Before Si Daba's hand even touched the door, a gentle voice called out from within.
Si Daba's body stiffened, and he took another deep breath before gently grasping the handle and pushing open the door.
