Upon hearing this, Charlie sneered.
"This guy really dares to dream. Does he think I can't handle him?"
In fact, Charlie wasn't frightened by George's audacity. He didn't even have a smidgen of concern.
In Atlanta, he was the law. If he willed it, no one could touch him.
More importantly, if he willed it, he could make anyone cower before him!
For George to aspire to dominate Atlanta or even the entire United States wasn't a problem for Charlie. The issue was that George was planning to achieve this by kidnapping his own daughter.
This was something Charlie absolutely could not tolerate.
