Over the following hour, representatives from numerous military zones gradually assembled here. The crowd was growing, and the area had been entirely sealed off. Many retired veterans, some in their seventies and eighties, some even at the ripe age of a hundred, were brought here.
They shared stories of how they had lost comrades in such places. Thus, they wanted to pay their respects.
