"Initiate level three scanning!"
Once Luo Feng had activated the scan, he awaited the results.
Several minutes later, a sporadic trail of treasure markers surprisingly led him to a bird's nest.
"A bird's egg?" he wondered aloud. "What kind of bird's egg could be marked as a treasure?"
Could it be something from the Changbai Mountains? A dragon, perhaps?
Luo Feng was rather hopeful. But, shaking his head, he concluded that neither game fowl nor dragons would set up their nests in trees. Moreover, the nest appeared quite large, not one for smaller species.
"Chirp chirp chirp..."
As he drew closer, Luo Feng began to hear the twittering calls of birds.
Soon, a magpie emerged from the nest.
Narrowing his eyes, Luo Feng realized it was not a bird's egg, but rather a treasure. After all, even a magpie's egg would never be identified as a treasure marker. This indicated that something else of value lay within the nest.
