With a soft squelching sound, Luo Feng quickly began to dig. As he excavated the soil, it was clear that it contained compacted earth and fragments of tomb bricks.
Strangely enough, the corpse he found came with no coffin.
Could this have been a sacrificial burial or perhaps a tomb construction worker?
It was evident that the body was not of high value, so it could not have belonged to the tomb's owner.
Though Luo Feng did not unearth many items, he was able to gain a basic understanding of the situation below.
"Listen, everyone," he said, "this should be an ancient tomb from the Tang Dynasty. The tomb has been raided, and the damage is quite severe. Even fragments of the tomb bricks were dug out. I think the tomb below has most likely collapsed!"
Luo Feng wandered around the area, trying to locate the main burial chamber and tomb passage.
"Wow! Is this the first Tang Dynasty tomb the host has discovered?"
