A week passed by. Day of their Birthday Celebration....
Adam was getting ready with the help of some maids. They used him like a toy to see what clothes suit him best. After doing that for a while, they heard from another maid that, Amy said to make him wear similar clothes like hers.
After the battle of maids, exhausted he rested on the couch. Seeing his resting figure, the maids couldn't but squeal with blushing faces.

(Hey.. The young Lord looks more handsome now, doesn't he..? I never saw him this close after his return..! Now however I feel like I am fine with being his personal servant if necessary....!)

The maids were battling in their own battlefield. Having a perfect sense, he could hear whatever they were saying. He could only sigh. As he was thinking about how to escape from this problem, he heard a knock on the door. After giving the permission, opening the door, he saw the girls arriving wearing beautiful dresses.
Seeing him gawking at them, the girls were satisfied. However that wasn't the only thing. They lost their smile when they saw his handsome look in his new clothes. They were opening their mouths in an unlady-like expression.
Seeing their Lord and ladies smiling and creating their own world, the maids coughed which caused the four to lower their face and blush. Seeing this the maids felt like there would be a sea of blood if they continued to see it like this. The cuteness of them in their eyes was too much. Then, "Lord Adam, Lord Arthur is calling you."
Nodding his head after clearing his embarrassment, he followed the maid. Reaching his father's office once again, Adam saw Arthur seated on the couch waiting for him. Bowing slightly Adam said, "What's the matter, Father..?"
Arthur smiled before saying, "We being a ducal house, are responsible to invite the Royal Family during any kind of party or ceremonies. You know that, right..?" Adam nodded. Arthur continued,
"This time, the ones to come here are, Crown prince and Second Princess. Although they are your cousins and older than you, you shouldn't show them your capabilities no matter what. Even though they are older than you, they aren't stronger than you. So be sure to hold back in case something happens."
"Also, I am sure there will be other children as well. So i want you to act like a future Duke head and do not use the position as a weapon against those who are weaker than you. I know you wouldn't do it. But still I wanted to say it."
"I understand, Father."

"I've heard from my father..."
Hearing her brother speak, the lady seated opposite him nodded without saying anything.
"Aren't you also curious about this young man..? Being the first human to forge a successful bond with a human hating race such as elves is one big achievement..."
He said with a smile. Then her voice, which was melodious enough, was heard inside the still running cart.
"He must have used some kind of magic to fool others. But, he can't fool me..."
She said her face was filled with disgust. He then replied,"You may be right. There is also a chance that you are wrong though..." He said without changing his expression.
"I will see myself, and if he is using some kind of tricks, then he will be punished..." Though behind the cover, a beautiful face was seen, her words were coldest among a girl of her age would say.

Inside his resting room Adam was talking to the girls when he heard that the guests had arrived. He decided to wait till his debut. However when he heard that the royalties had arrived, he walked towards his father through a side door and waited.
As they were waiting, Adam picked up a lot of presences coming towards his home. Concentrating enough, he saw that it was the Royal cart followed by a cart full of gifts? But what made him alerted was the ten black presences. They were spreading the scent of death all the way through their way.
"There are ten Master Level assassins following them, father..."
Hearing his son, Arthur seems to act normal as he said, "Must be their guards. Unless they do something shady, ignore them." Adam nodded.
Through the main gate a cart followed by another turned towards where they are standing. It was moving very slowly. As if knowing the time is close, the cart stopped in front of them.
Opening the door, a young man with Black hair and golden eyes left the cart. Seeing the characters of this boy, Adam knew it was his cousin, the crown prince. He then saw, the prince escorting a girl without minding them.
They didn't feel anything when they were ignored. After waiting for the lady to exit the cart, he saw a girl with pink hair and green eyes. The part of her face under the nose was covered.
Seeing his father bowing slightly, he followed.
"Welcome, your highness, crown prince and second princess.."
"..."
Adam didn't say anything. He bowed waiting for his father.
"Please raise your head uncle. We are your nephew and niece you know...?"
Raising his head Arthur smiled. However his smile changed when he saw the girl, the second princess looking at Adam. Seeing her eyes shining, he understood what she was doing.
While Arthur was thinking something related to him, Adam was thinking about this girl.
'She has a special eye huh..? Trying to see through me..? You are still too young for that.."
The second princess was in absolute shock however. For the first time in her life, she saw the most handsome man, even more than her brother, bowing towards them. She was getting interested in him. But when she tried to see through him, all she could see was nothing.
It's as if, he doesn't know what is anything that's malicious or any good thing. She couldn't see his character like she could always do. She couldn't predict if he would be an enemy to her country. She was for the first time in her life very frustrated. However she was slightly excited as well. She found something that could change her boredom after all.
Seeing that their staring contest has finished, Arthur said, "Let me introduce you Adam, this is the crown prince of Grania kingdom, Raiser jon Grania and the lady next to him is the second princess Rubelia jon Grania. And this is my son.."
"My name is Adam Aves Aldians. It's a pleasure to meet your highness, the crown prince and the Second princess..." He said with his perfect bowing performance. He bowed to the prince while he was just like his past, took the princess's hand and kissed the back side.
Though she was startled by the sudden contact, she didn't say anything, neither did the prince.
"It seems my cousin is a perfect gentleman.." The prince said with a smile. He looked at his sister and saw her face which was a little rosy. He was shocked. How did this happen..?! His cold sister was actually feeling embarrassed..!?
He then closely looked at Adam and his eyes widened when he saw his face. Since it was almost night time, there were only small lights used for decorations. So he wasn't able to see his face. Now that he has seen it, he understands why his sister is feeling like this. Even he was feeling very envious. However he smiled before he heard his uncle, Arthur saying,
"Why don't we go inside since it's time..? You shall wait in the room until you are called, Adam. "
"Yes father."
Adam disappeared to the room, while seeing this, Raiser's eyes widened. Rubelia however didn't see anything. She was thinking something else. Arthur shook his head before leading them to the ball room.
