Burst!
After doing the job they originally had to do, they all went back to the stadium through the dark streets of Texas, and from the report of the resources obtained at the church there were some very interesting things.
In the large armored cars that the people of Airon traveled in they did not have to worry about a horde of walkers, there was nothing both living and dead today that could break into the interior of this armored car.
The walkers on the road were crushed by the large convoy of vehicles and all moved forward without any fear. The soldiers here were some of the most experienced in combat, so Airon had no problem with traveling at night.
The large convoy soon reached a street where those coming from the church integrated with the main group, making them all return together. Daniel Salazar was in Airon's vehicle and as far as he knew, this man was a retired soldier and a very lethal agent who could both extract information and kill targets.
It was Daniel Salazar who tortured that young girl in the most delicate way possible to get the information that Airon and his people were looking for, so in large part he helped keep the girl from dying altogether. And when he learned about the cult and what these people were doing, he felt absolutely nothing when he witnessed the death of your people.
At this moment, it was that Daniel realized that following Airon was one of the easiest ways to help people. The purpose that drives the organization created from a group of soldiers is very noble, and when he heard that they had all defected from Operation Cobalt he didn't hesitate a second longer.
After a brief consideration, he offered Airon his services for the sole purpose of helping those in need. This taught the group a lot, Shane personally saw how this old Daniel tortured that girl, so he was very happy to accept him into his group.
After a light was turned on inside the cab of an armored vehicle, the light slightly reflected Airon's cold face revealing the appearance of the map. When Shane looked at it, he knew that the Airon was back and he wasn't going to rest until he saw his enemies reduced to ash.
"Sir, have you decided what to do with those cult people?"
"Um!"
Hearing this question from beside him, Airon nodded, closed the map, pulled towards his vest and said, "There's something that makes me uncomfortable about that cult, but I don't want to kill them all either. I'll give them a chance for the kids and non-soldiers to retreat in time before attacking."
Shane shook his head at these words, he didn't agree with Airon taking such a risk so he said, "I'm going to go to that place myself, your wounds are barely healed and you can't expose yourself like that."
"Charlie said that the cult leader named Teddy is a reasonable person and speaks knowledgeably, it should be somewhat easy to communicate with him."
Airon shook his head, sighed wearily, turned and said, "The survivor groups here attacked a helicopter of our community, and did a lot of bad things. I must talk to Teddy, suggest the way out before he dies, and then we will start the plan to exterminate everyone immediately."
Then he turned his head to look at Shane and said, "Send a message to Sam to prepare the equipment we brought from Atlanta, that will be more than enough to eliminate that group without risking too much."
"Well..."
"Zz... Sir, we've been getting survivors to the military base since it's been active, what do we do with that?"
Just as Airon finished speaking, a sound came from his radio's intercom and listening to the report, Airon said, "Remember to isolate them for a while, we'll take them once we're done with what we came to do in this place."
"By the way, I read the report about what the searchers came across in the other cities. If what they say is true, that organization being formed will be a real problem for our leadership."
Airon read a report Shane had given him, which stated that his people had eliminated some soldiers from a strange community far away from their area. These scouting parties were tasked with seeing the state of the cities and checking for life in them.
But an encounter with what could be the beginnings of the CRM caused him urgency, it is known that after the advent of the living dead, three communities established in some territories of the country had the vision of being able to bring civilization back to the world and under the support of the armed forces managed to interconnect with each other forming a single organization.
With the need to find more survivors fit for the powerful project they were working on, the CRM began a series of searches around the country with the use of their helicopters and were governed under the codes A: people with leadership skills and willingness to fight, and B: people who have no abilities to fight.
Airon does not know when the CRM was created, so he was fighting against time and growing as fast as possible so that when he has enough power he will not lower his head to this powerful organization.
Shane understood what Airon was saying, so he said, "We have enough power to not be afraid of that organization, but we must be faster and clear the military bases and take the important places before they do."
"We must expand..."
...
Southeast Texas, on the outskirts of a city.
On the roof of a small five-story building, a man named Kenny gathered his group in this large building. He looked at the people in front of him and said, "We need to wait here for the walkers to move away, you sons of bitches..."
Then he looked at a burly man on the team and said, "Lee, how do you see it? You said Texas was a quiet town and that's why we came to this place, but it looks like these bastards still alive are fighting like it's a war."
"This place was safe until recently, we should be able to find a safe place where we can survive."
Standing on top of a building, looking out over the dark city and said, "Carley, are you sure the soldiers on that military base will really help us save our people?"
Carley herself could not be sure about this matter, but seeing Lee's eyes, she knew that the other party was willing to head towards that military base so she said, "If they would definitely help us!"
"My goodness, look, there's a fire there!"
As the two were talking, Clementine, who was standing behind them, suddenly pointed in a direction and shouted at them.
Hearing this, they were both startled for a moment, turned their heads together and looked in the direction of her fingers, only to see a place far away from them in the north, glowing with a small light.
If it weren't for the fact that the buildings in the city are relatively low and their positions are relatively high, I'm afraid they wouldn't really be able to find them.
"There's... there's a church!"
Looking at the position of the bright light, Kenny muttered to himself, remembering what the soldiers told them on the call, his heart suddenly moved.
He unconsciously looked at Lee and found that he was looking at him too, knowing that they all wanted to head towards that place.
"Lee, do you think they're a bunch of bad survivors?"
At this thought, Carley turned her head and shouted to a middle-aged white man on the team to get ready.
Kenny nodded, picked up the binoculars hanging from his chest, walked quickly to the edge of the building and looked toward the Englishwoman in the distance. Although the things that could be seen in the dark of night were very limited, the church was on fire which was enough for him to observe.
He kept moving the binoculars in his hand, chanting words in his mouth, counting the number as if counting the number of people, but after a few minutes, he put down the telescope, turned his head and said in a low voice:
"In fact, some were taken to some cars and disappeared, those who remained killed the others and began to load the supplies from that place."
Lee shook his head, looked at Clementine and said, "We came from far away, we have to go to the military base and find out if it is really active or not."
