Airon's words left the duo of people in front of him cold, they didn't want to admit it and immediately protested about what they had heard.
"Are you lying to us?" Aaron immediately stood up a little upset.
But Airon didn't move and then looked at Glenn next to him who activated the computer in front of the duo and played back on video. Immediately, the camera on Airon's helmet head was displayed in front of everyone, the duo witnessed the military corpses on the ground, then they all watched as the military corpses got up.
"How is that possible?"
Some time later, the camera shows the special walker that was killed by Airon. It could be seen that he was faster, stronger and more flexible than any other walker in the vicinity.
This video was being analyzed by Airon and he had already contacted the central base, and no doubt this anomaly has left many doubts as to how that is possible. His motive was not to scare people, he just wanted to share that his information and decisions were of more value to any of them.
Airon raised his hand, looked at the cold sweating duo and said, "This anomaly is still being analyzed, so I don't want others except for you to know."
However, Deanne still had other thoughts inside her. After all, they have lived here safely for a year, and there aren't many changelings or survivors. Otherwise, they wouldn't have recruited new members for so long.
But now, seeing that the mutated walkers could appear at any time, she didn't know what to do next, and after a few minutes, she finally said, "Airon, I'm realizing a lot of trouble right now. As I said before, Alexandria remained hidden for a long time and apparently the problems have increased, the less contact we have with other people, the more we feel alien to the outside world."
"I hope your group can guide us and teach us how to survive. All I can do is stabilize the community, but you guys are definitely very different!"
"Airon, I know that you can bring us many changes and make most of this place survive the new times of this world."
Hearing Deanna's heartfelt words, Airon felt that the video generated a big change in the way she viewed the world. This shelter, Alexandria, really needed to change, but what was holding them back was Deanna herself.
She knows that the goals she wants to achieve may be very closely related to Deanna's goals, but the processes and what needs to be done are very different right now for both of them.
As he thought about all this, Airon looked at Deanna and asked, "Deanna, changing here means a big change in your lifestyle, are you really sure this is what you want?"
Deanna remained silent knowing that she had no idea of the meaning of what he said, so she thought about it silently.
"Right now the Alexandria community is like an isolated village in the middle of a war. That footage opened my eyes. Do you think it would be a comfortable thing to let this town get used to the rhythm of war?"
This description Daryl gave about the Alexandria community made Deanna understand the current picture she sees at first glance. If Deanna is honest, those words made her uncomfortable.
Looking at Deanna's expression, Airon knew that this matter wouldn't be clear for a while, so he simply changed the subject.
"I have myriad plans to make in the future and I may not stay long in this place. If you don't want to believe what I say, you can pick a group of people from your community who are willing to hang out with my group. There is only one important detail, those people cannot disobey my orders."
Deanna looked down as she thought, Aaron said nothing and just focused on listening. From everything he had heard, the evolved walkers was something that left him really worried but by Airon's words, this was just a mystery.
Just as he was about to wonder if he would ever face such a walker, Deanna stood up and held out her hand towards Airon.
"I still have to think about it, I can't choose for myself what others really want but thanks for your suggestions."
"No problem at all, I'll be here waiting."
Seeing the figure of Deanna and Aaron exiting the modified RV, Daryl walked in next to Michonne and sat down near Airon, Michonne was the first to speak, "Deanna is a good person, but this community is made up of weak people."
"I'm sure they've only survived by luck, there's nothing that can guarantee survival. Even if given a choice, I'd rather live a few days away than live in this place."
That's right, even Airon doesn't entirely like some people in Alexandria. In the original story, this place became a normal community only after Rick took power. There were troubled people like any kind of random community, violent men, useless sons and abusive husbands.
Of course, there were plenty of good people too, they just lacked first hand experience of what it really meant to survive the last days of the end of the world.
Airon did not come to this place to find many survivors, although he came to Alexandria long before Rick's group came to this place, it can be said that Washington does not enjoy an exuberant amount of survivors.
If you think about it, how is it possible that Aaron did not find many more survivors if that is his purpose since the early days of the end of the world? He together with Eric traveled dozens of miles outside of Alexandria, but still this place did not become a super community.
Airon turned around, clapped his hands and shouted to the people in the car, "Everyone, come here, let me talk about what we have to do."
From the moment he arrived here, he knew he had to address the shortcomings of this shelter as soon as possible. Now, he needed soldiers and many more resources as he did not enjoy a large amount of food, so it was necessary to leave as soon as possible.
They had been secretly selecting important people who would help him a lot in the future, men and women who with a good development could give him many benefits. So now he needed to accelerate that growth and prepare for the future.
Thinking about this, after seeing that people had already arrived, Airon began to organize the following tasks.
"How many people from the original group we arrived with have decided to join our group and become soldiers?"
When Airon asked this, he looked at the most trusted people who were the ones in charge of doing that task.
...
In an open field, there were seventy-five people gathered, all of them were young and varied between men, women and teenagers. Today stature was not important, some physical decay was not important either.
If a man had no arm, he would get one strong enough to kill hundreds of walkers with ease. If a person is short in stature, he is perfect to become a scout soldier.
The instructors at this place were Jon, Billy, Elias and Airon, all watching the recruits who would be trained with what little they had at this place. Each of these people wore a clean military report while holding a standard assault rifle with no bullets.
Because of time constraints, they would not begin with physical or marksmanship training. Most of these people have survived for more than a year at the end of the world, so you can see the determination in their eyes.
Stepping forward, Airon looked at them all in silence. His eyes roamed over these new soldiers who will be the base of this shelter for now. When he knew he could not get a clear answer from Deanna, he wasted no time and concentrated on what he could handle.
In the open field, this scene attracted a lot of attention and several residents of this shelter came over to take a close look at what these new people were about to do.
"At ease!"
This loud noise made some people jump in shock, some did not know what Airon was referring to with his words. But that's what Merle was there for, who walked in between the ranks and spread the feet of the recruits who were lined up.
"My name is Airon, commander of the S.C.T. community! You must know that our group operates mainly in another part of the country, so you have no idea how big we are now."
Airon walked with his hands behind his back, his words were loud and clear for all to hear, "You must know better than anyone what the world is like outside of this place, you all have lost a part of who you were before."
"You all know the value of what it means to have three plates of food a day! You all know how magnificent it is to sleep at night with peace of mind and you all know how peaceful it is to have a gun in your hands!"
"The S.C.T. community will defend that which we believe to be impossible, we will rebuild that which we lost and eliminate the dangers we face! Only those who understand the despair of losing everything will fight hard to recover!"
"All of you must know who you are fighting for, understand who you are offering your life to! The S.C.T. community stands for one purpose, to rebuild humanity in an order that will benefit you all."
Everyone felt their body burning, Airon's strong words stimulated them and even the people in the distance became silent. Deanna looked towards Airon and was amazed at how he was training these people who had come with him, so she immediately understood what Airon was really after.
"We will fight for a new future!"
Airon stood in front of all these people, raised his hand and made a military salute with the utmost respect and said, "Glory to mankind and may luck always be on your side."
They had all been attentive, and after they heard Airon's words, they gave a military salute and said, "Glory to mankind!"
