Only five minutes from Georgia Tech University, there was a lot of movement at this place as for some time Shane had been working on developing plans that only he and Airon had studied.
In the following time after Airon left this refuge, he told Shane a very special job that few should really know the significance of. This consisted of catching walkers, yes, catching them as Hershel did and then putting them in containers.
Right now in the big stadium containers full of walkers were being placed, this was due not to save them or study reasons. These classified containers took the name of Sweet White and were one of the special weapons of the S.C.T. community.
Airon had the crazy idea to select the intelligent walkers and leave them locked in containers to be used as weapons in the future. Can anyone imagine hundreds of walkers coming out of a container falling from the sky directly into the enemy base?
It only took a few containers to wipe out an entire base. Even Airon considered with Shane a quick way to take out the central base where Rick now leads. So anti-aircraft defenses would have to be considered later.
Sometimes Shane thought these things were unnecessary, but now he no longer thought so. Since one community attacked them with more than seventy armed people, what could assure them that there were no communities like theirs elsewhere?
Today food started to become scarce, fortunately there were many areas where to start placing crops to sustain the food needed for all the people and the methods were good. But that is not safe for other bases, like for example the Governor's community had no production of their own to secure their food and that is one of the reasons why they were stealing.
From what he had understood, the prison was expanding its second protective wall four times bigger than the previous one and with that they would be able to increase the vegetable crops. Not only that, it would also increase the capacity of people and it is estimated that the central base in the future could house fifty thousand people.
These data are varied, but since Shane is expanding in this part of Georgia people have increased exponentially. There were now over three thousand refugees being sent to the base in the city of Atlanta for training.

These expansion plans were carefully prepared by numerous architects, Airon only asked for one thing, that the central base was strong enough to resist hundreds of thousands of walker attacks without any problem and that all attempts to attack had containment operations.
Electricity was also an important job that was being taken care of, with the unlimited resources coming from the city, the central base was taking on a very sophisticated look.
Of course, Shane was aware of everything that was going on within the community. Personally leading these operations, everything was running smoothly.
"Leader Shane! Reports from the commanding general, A-1 squadron arrived at the hospital safely and are now on their way back to base."

The hospital where Airon was contacted was not far away, eight minutes from the university to the hospital, so it was only a matter of time before they took that place as ground. Now the walls around the university were almost completed, so it was not a problem to move to that location.
Now the walls of the universal were at the same height as the central base, with the same strength and guard towers as the prison. They had been working for a long time and had finished the construction.
The streets around the university had been cleared of walkers while being sealed with wire fencing, so very few walkers would enter the secure zone. By now, the buildings and factories in addition to the other schools and universities were also being cleared while another group was taking care of the crops, weapons manufacturing, ammunition and combat suits.
"Good, then we need to organize an advance party to clean up and incidentally fence off the surroundings of the building!" Shane enthusiastically left this place, after all the tasks in this place had been completed.
Although the idea of expanding and taking over one of the largest hospitals in Georgia was a good one, there were many things to confirm before performing such an operation.
