Chapter 245 - War (1)

"Help! Send help, we are being attacked by numerous people, they are coming in helicopters dammit..."

After that, the communication was lost and in the room Teddy was in a dead silence. No one said anything, Teddy himself just smiled a little and then touched his chin while thinking what he should do.

"Well, it looks like everyone in Neil's shelter is under attack..." Mike said as a cold sweat ran down his chin.

"No big surprise, his base was a place even the dogs could get through without them noticing." Teddy stood up and just as he was about to say something, the sound of bullets rang out outside the mall.

"What the fuck?" It was a man who peeked out and saw the chaotic scene going on outside.

Just as he was about to say something, a bang was heard from the sky, and suddenly numerous clusters coming from inside the mall were immediately heard.

...

A few minutes ago, several helicopters with a specially prepared container where the inside was filled with walkers were transported by cables.

These containers would be dropped inside the mall, and the way it would be done would be by dropping them through the roof which was entirely made of glass. The purpose of this attack is to draw attention to Teddy's shelter and thus launch an all-out attack from the outside.

"Zz... We are watching them, proceeding as the plan indicates."

"Zz... We are approaching to drop off the package and then will surround the site to resolve less visible threats."

"Zz... This is ground, proceed with your stated mission, you have the green light."

When the pilots in the helicopters heard that, they just gave the affirmative and flew with ease until they reached the top of the mall. Due to the chaos, this happened in no time and suddenly several containers were dropped in the center of the mall and some outside.

These containers, which fell to a considerable height, contained hundreds of intelligent walkers that in a short time came out of the broken door. Some were crawling from the ground as they had broken their limbs, but progress was slow and soon the people inside who were bored became aware of the anomaly.

"Undead!"

Airon and his group stopped and when the building shook, they realized that the main attack had begun.

Now that they were exposed, there was no need for them to continue hiding. Airon signaled and they all raised their weapons, entered tactically and began to attack the enemy head on.

Bang! Bang!

Cold bullets shot out of the gun and Airon and his group entered the fourth floor. The first shot was aimed at the guard in the direction of the corridor and the others at the panic-stricken guards.

Except for the guards in the corridor, the rest of the people were attracted by the sudden sound of air defense and gunfire, and did not detect the intruders inside.

But before the guards in the corridor issued a warning message, a bullet went straight through his head, killing him instantly on the spot.

Then, Airon turned aside and replaced the magazine of his gun and together with his group shot at the alarmed guards. After firing a few shots accurately, the whole situation became clearer.

"Quick! Up!"

"Damn, those are walkers!"

"The enemy has entered the shelter, we have to be careful!"

At that moment, loud shouts and a series of hurried footsteps came from the bottom of the stairway passage. Obviously, the guards below heard the movement from above and hurried up quickly.

Seeing this, Airon signaled and a soldier pulled out a Grenade, removed the safety catch and threw it down the stairs.

The glass shattered, and shrapnel flew through the walls, some incendiary grenades covering the entire stairway passage for a short time, preventing the people below from going up.

After finishing solving this problem, Airon walked quickly to the room at the bottom of the corridor, but when he slowly walked to the door, he did not open the door immediately and entered.

Although the door in front of him was tightly closed, he could clearly feel a very loud breathing sound behind the door.

With the corners of his mouth slightly turned up, Airon stood sideways against the wall, holding the doorknob in his hand, and pulled it violently.

Bang Bang Bang!

The moment the door opened, with a roar, bullets flew out from inside the door, hitting the floor and the wall.

Airon also looked at the time and took a step to the side. His eyes quickly met a burly tattooed man in the room. He pointed his gun at his opponent's hand and pulled the trigger.

"Ah!"

The bullet hit the palm of the large shirtless man's hand almost precisely, and the pain caused him to let out an involuntary scream, and the gun fell to the floor when he could no longer hold it steady.

After knocking down the opponent's gun, Airon rushed straight in, kicking the shirtless man's chest hard, giving the opponent no time to breathe.

The man trying to defend himself was kicked hard in the chest, and before the shirtless man could scream, he flew upside down and landed on the glass coffee table behind him, smashing the flimsy coffee table to pieces.

Looking at the bare-shouldered man who had rolled his eyes, Airon noticed that his lower body was wrapped in a bath towel, the broken glass cut his skin badly and blood dripped from the wound.

The soldiers behind Airon wasted no time, they quickly positioned themselves well and entered into gunfire with some people ahead of them. Some entered the room directly, hoping to find something of value in this place.

Airon who had lowered the gun had enough time to check the situation in the room, and saw that in the rather spacious room, at first glance there were four naked women curled up on the bed, and next to it there was a lot of food along with drinks, as if the people in this place only existed to enjoy the little they had.

Seeing this, Airon couldn't help but scoff and turned his gaze to the shirtless man lying on the floor again, only to see that the man was awake at the moment, looking at him with resentful eyes.

This didn't matter to Airon at all and he said coldly, "You only know how to enjoy trash, I really don't know how you survived to this day."

Bang!

While speaking, Airon did not wait for the other party to respond, he raised his hand and fired again at the other party's thigh.

"Ah!"

The intense pain made the shirtless man scream again. After joining Teddy's cult, he hadn't suffered like before. His survival skills had gone rigid. How could he bear so much pain? Cold sweat on his forehead poured out and then his entire face turned extremely pale.

Turning his head slightly to look back, Airon could feel many people gathered in the stair passage at the back. He signaled to his people and they prepared to eliminate them.

Knowing he was running out of time, Airon squatted down in front of the shirtless man, saying, "Answer me one question and I'll spare your shitty life.

Maybe it was because he heard he could still live, or maybe he was scared of the gunshot at this point, the shirtless man changed his resentful gaze to a flattering one and said, "You...you ask!"

Airon was in no hurry to ask, he pushed a chair over and pulled the shirtless man towards it, then let him lean against the door, before asking, "I want to know where Teddy is, where is he hiding?"

Hearing this, the man with the bare arms unconsciously thought that these people were here for Teddy, so he pointed to the wall on one side of the door and said, "Fifth floor, his office is in that place. On the wall is a map, you can guide yourself to where Teddy is."

When he said this, he secretly scoffed. He didn't care if Teddy died or not, the resources should already be on their way and by the time these people figured it out they should be dead.

Seeing the other party expose their only lifesaving weapon without even thinking about it, Airon raised his eyebrows in surprise.

But after thinking for a while, he realized what was going on, and instead of grabbing the radio, he pulled out his prized revolver and pointed it in the direction of the shirtless man.

"You, what are you doing?"

Seeing the muzzle of the gun suddenly pointed at him, the shirtless man's pupils suddenly shrunk and he shouted, "You said you'd let me go!"

"Oh, don't worry, killing you will get my hands dirty. But right now I'm in a hurry and I can't let you live."

Seeing the cowardly look from the other party, Airon chuckled, the barrel of the revolver was slightly lower, pointing at the door and said, "If you don't die by my hands, the walkers will."

After saying that, he pulled the trigger hard.

Bang!!!

The loud gunshots were deafening, and the soldiers in the room opened fire at the same time killing a dozen guards who were about to enter the room without even giving them a chance to shoot.

"Damn it, fire!"

Faced with the bullets that suddenly shot out from inside the door, the remaining guards shouted and fired in panic.

Bang!

Bang Bang Bang Bang!!!!"

"Ah!!!"

The roar of the guns was accompanied by a high-pitched scream, and the door to the room shattered into a sieve in the blink of an eye, and blood slowly flowed from inside along the crack of the door.

"It's done..."

After killing everyone, Airon looked at his people and signaled for them to go up to the room where Teddy was.

"Let's go!"

"Yes, sir!"
