His reply was something Michelle didn't expect,she was ready for an earful but his reply was worst.
She felt cold and very uncomfortable with it,she wanted him to talk so badly but his silence was like a deadly killer.
Soon after he left she gave Jake a cold glare and walked away.
Lucas didn't say anything to her till the end of school for that day,she was prepared to take a cab home when the driver if Lucas car came to her.
He told her that Lucas called for her to go home with her,she thought he was no longer angry with her.
She hopped happily into the car but the temperature she met made it hard to breath.
It was so cold inside the car and the air conditioner wasn't even on.
Lucas face was emotionless and some how icy,he gave an over bearing aura inside the car.
She wanted to run,as soon as she was stepping out of the car,Lucas gaze landed on her and he gave her a death warning with his eyes.
Immediately she took sit at the far end of the car while Lucas sat in front and Mark with her in the back really enjoying the drama unfolding before him even though his face was emotionless.
Through out the ride breathing was difficult for Michelle,it was like the are around was below the normal temperature.
She was dropped home but Lucas left,Michelle got curious on why he didn't stay since they had rented an apartments in her house.
Later on she got them off her mind and got ready for her vigil.
Since she wasn't going to school tomorrow she could sleep anytime she wishes.
All she prayed for was that her father doesn't stopped her as he rarely did or her evil step mom doesn't ruin the night for her.
When she taught about it,she hardly find Hazel at home anymore and when she was at home she was dangerously quiet,one would hardly notice she was home.
Today,Michelle was going to watch a romance movie with three episodes each two hours long.
She was determined to watch it finish and then waste the next day sleeping.
She watched the film finish at around 4:00 am and feel asleep almost immediately.
The film was about a girl kidnapped from home and then freed into a city she didn't know.
The girl Phoebe by name met a man who at an interview for work,she and the man behaved like enemies but liked themselves secretly,the man was a very cold and ruthless person and didn't show any type of affection only hate and Phoebe replied with more hatred.
The last two episodes was about how they fell in love and got together,it warmed her heart to watch such love and wished she too could get that type of love.
She had barely slept for three hours when she heard banging on her door.
She lazily got out of bed and saw Lucas at the door,her sleep disappeared and was ashamed that Lucas saw her unclean.
She asked impatiently what he wanted and he replied coldly that didn't she remember.
Michelle had a confused look on her face and Lucas said,"we are going somewhere,I give you thirty minutes to get dressed and don't keep me waiting", he helped her remember and walked out leaving Michelle with her mouth wide open.
