The van was big enough with seats for everyone. All the costumes and props were packed on top of the van. I had packed my two bags and kept them on the seat next to mine. I had bought the bottles of honey from Cheeran and Komban before leaving, but decided to gift Balu. I requested him to take it home to his family, as my gift.
The whole group was in high spirits, enjoying the journey with songs and impromptu dance along the narrow space between the seats. I also joined them, even though I didn't recognise some of the songs played. The driver seemed to have a good collection of songs, all of them peppy and in all languages.
It seemed like a picnic, with old friends and some good music.
