'Hey, Dio. Tell me how much physical training I have to do for the next stage.'
[Physical Training Stage - 2
- Running - 0/10000 km
- Push-ups - 0/5000
- Sit-ups - 0/5000
- Squats - 0/5000
- Lift up 30kg weight: 0/ 25000]
Kevin really wanted to get some rest after seeing this.
Sigh...
Isn't this too high compared to before?
Physical Training Stage - 1
- Running - 2000/2000 km
- Push-ups - 3000/ 3000
- Sit-ups - 3000/3000
- Squats - 3000/3000
- Lift up 30kg weight: 15000/ 15000]
Kevin recalled the details of the first stage. As he compared both of them again he noticed most of the training was increased by 1.5x.
'I will take around 10 days to complete the stage this time.'
Kevin felt that the toll on his body was affecting his ability to focus on his magic practice and studies due to the physical training.
As a result, he decided to reduce his tempo to some extent.
Additionally, he had some small events that he needed to complete, which could potentially provide a power boost for him.
Even though it was well past midnight, Kevin didn't feel sleepy at all.
In fact, he was feeling quite energetic after undergoing his body transformation.
'It's also going to be morning soon. So I don't need to sleep.'
Kevin walked into his study room and sank into the chair beside his desk, sighing contentedly. He reached into the subspace and pulled out a thick stack of notes.
As he gazed at the familiar handwriting scrawled across the pages, he felt a wave of nostalgia wash over him.
These notes were the ones he had written down shortly after arriving in this world. At the time, he had been anxious that he might forget some crucial detail about the storyline, so he had taken pains to jot down every single detail he could recall.
Now, however, these notes were no longer needed, since Kevin had got a photographic memory.
Every tiny detail about the plot was etched into his mind, and he could recall it with crystal-clear clarity.
As he sifted through the stack of notes, he couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the way he had grown and developed since his arrival in this strange new world.
Despite having a photographic memory, Kevin still had the habit of writing down his plans. He took out a notebook and pen and began jotting down his schedule for the day.
You people might wonder why Kevin wasn't rushing to get ready for his lectures.
It's because today was the first weekend of the new semester. As there is some management work of the student council and class representatives. All of the freshmen got students on a two day holiday.
Kevin felt great that he didn't become a class representative. However from the student council, he remembered something.
'Student Council, will there be any insider among them this time?' Kevin wondered.
There were many routes in the 'Magic Academy' game.
Surprisingly, all of the routes had some different things. In some of the routes, there was an insider among Student Council members. It was really a pain in the ass.
'I gotta check it sometime.' Kevin added it to his to-do list.
After sorting out his notes for some time, he completed a rough outline for his plan.
The sun had just begun to rise, and Kevin was still up and planning his day.
He meticulously listed down the places he needed to visit, organizing them based on their priority and the level of danger they posed.
After assessing the situation, he decided to start with the place that posed the least risk but promised significant gains.
'Library'
Despite having access to a vast collection of books through his laptop and the academy database, Kevin knew that the books in the library were a different league altogether.
Unlike digital copies, the physical books in the library were not available online, not even on pirated websites.
The academy had taken extensive measures to prevent the leakage of these rare and valuable books.
As one would expect from a thousand-year-old institution, the academy boasted an extensive library that housed books from various fields of study.
It was said that one could spend a lifetime perusing the shelves and still not exhaust the wealth of knowledge contained within the library's walls.
Kevin changed into his black uniform and left the dormitory. As almost most of the students in the academy knew his face he stopped wearing mask and pulling hood on his face.
As Kevin descended the stairs to the fifth floor, he suddenly came face to face with someone.
To his surprise, it was someone he knew - Luna Augustenberg, the chief of the S-class first-year students.
Kevin was taken aback, as he had always made it a point to use the stairs to avoid running into anyone. He wasn't even using the elevator because of that.
In fact, he had been successful in avoiding any such encounters so far, which made this particular encounter all the more unexpected.
Luna seemed equally surprised to see Kevin, she was also coming down from the stairs as she lived on the 7th floor in the same building as Kevin. However today she thought of using stairs instead of an elevator.
Kevin cursed his luck underneath. He really wanted to ignore her and walk away however he felt he might scratch some noble's pride again. Alicia and Irene were annoying enough, he didn't want to add Luna into that list.
As Kevin stood there, Luna slowly descended from the stairs and came towards Kevin.
"Hello, Good morning," Luna said politely.
As she was the crown princess you can expect manners from her. She really worked hard to make a good image on people around her.
"Good morning," Kevin said as he slightly bowed. Kevin wasn't some protagonist who say lines like I won't even bow to heavens. As long as he can keep his head on his shoulders and he isn't getting insulted he can at least offer a bow.
"Where are you heading now? Isn't today a holiday?" Luna asked curiously.
Kevin stared at her blankly. He didn't expect to Luna like that. He thought that she will leave after simple greetings.
"I'm going to the library to get some reference books," Kevin said calmly. He didn't think there was any point to hide things from Luna. As she has a large information network she can simply know where he went and if he lied to her he might get under her suspicion.
"I'm also going to the library. Let's go together." Luna said with a smile.
Kevin's forehead was covered with black lines.
'Doesn't she need to go to the Student Council office to do class representative work?' Kevin was confused. Although he wanted to ask Luna about it, he couldn't.
He will raise more suspicions if he said that because the reason for today's holiday wasn't mentioned by Alicia. Kevin knew because it was mentioned in the game.
While Kevin was facing some difficulties on his side. Luna was thinking about something else.
'He isn't fazed by me. There is something special about him.' As a crown princess, Luna had experienced various ranges of people however most of them had always respect, admiration, fear, or nervousness in their eyes while facing her.
However, Kevin was different. He had boredom in his eyes. Like he was seeing Luna as some annoying creature.
Luna really wanted to know how he got these kinds of feelings that's why even though she had work related to the Class representative she told Alicia to do that on her behalf.
Kevin wouldn't have expected that in hell difficulty Luna even had the ability to see people's emotions from their eyes.
Soon both of them started walking. However, Kevin kept a certain distance from Luna. From the distance it felt like both of them were coincidentally going on the same route.
However, Luna felt it was different.
'He is avoiding me? He is clearly avoiding me!' Never in her life, has Luna been treated like this.
'There is some hidden motive behind his actions. I have to know, if he is dangerous to the residents of the empire I should eliminate him as early as possible.
While walking Kevin was thinking about Luna's status window that he saw today.
[Luna Augustenberg]
Race : Human
Level : 103
Attribute : Fire, Gravity
Danger : X
In these few days, Luna Awakened her second elemental class and It was one of the superior attributes - Gravity. Her level also increased by one.
While Gravity may sound like a useless attribute but if someone mastered it properly they can crush their opponent with just a snap.
'Looks like things are going to get interesting.'
