Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The beginning

I woke up to a dimly lit room, my head throbbing with a headache that felt like it could split my skull in two. My eyes adjusted to the dim light and I saw that I was lying on a bed in a small room. I tried to sit up, but a sharp pain shot through my body, making me groan and fall back onto the pillow.

I looked around, trying to figure out where I was and how I had gotten there. The room was sparsely furnished, with only a bed, a small table, and a few chairs. The walls were made of concrete and there were no windows, only a single door that seemed to

be the only way in or out.

I tried to remember what had happened, but my mind was a blur. The last thing I could recall was being at home, sitting on my couch and watching TV. But now, I was clearly not at home anymore.

I looked down and saw that I was dressed in a plain white t-shirt and pants, with no shoes or socks. I had no idea where my clothes or belongings were.

I tried to get up again, this time more slowly and with less pain. I walked to the door and tried to open it, but it was locked. I was trapped in this room with no idea how I had gotten there or what was going on.

I sat back down on the bed, feeling a sense of confusion and fear wash over me. I had no way of contacting anyone or getting help. I was completely alone and completely lost.
