"I'm gonna miss you Cherry."
They were all at the airport. It was a morning flight. Laura decided to see her friend off to the airport, not because she would miss her, but because she wanted to step foot into the airport.
This was not just any airport, it was the only airport in the country whose only destination was the Island.
"Yeah, you better miss me, cause I'm gonna have a lot of story to tell you."
They hug each other before parting ways. Cherry went to the checkpoint to join her family, she was so excited she couldn't help taking a selfie.
After going through and entering the plane, she was surprised to see only her family. Henry saw the look on her face and smiled.
"They don't have more than five passengers on board."
Cherry took her time to sit and look around, she still couldn't believe it.
"Maybe there are no crowd here, or we happen to be the only ones today."
Well, that was a better explanation to her, at least that made some sense as to why they were the only ones on board.
"No Cherry, I mean they don't fly more than five passengers, they can fly less, but they don't fly more."
Cherry was beyond surprised and couldn't help asking Henry how he got the information.
"Didn't you make some research, it's on the net."
She could only reply with an 'oh!' as she felt as if she was slapped on the face. Picking a place without learning about it. She covered her eyes with the blindfold, stretching her legs, as she was ready to sleep throughout the eight hours flight.

Cherry opened her eyes after the announcement was made, and yes, they were finally landing.
"Father, where are we to collect the cards to our rooms.?"
They had left the airport and Cherry was so excited and see what the rooms on the Island looked like.
"Which rooms?"
Cherry was dumbfounded, didn't they pay a million dollars each, what kind of sick joke was her father cracking.
"Didn't we, didn't, but we...."
She couldn't get herself to complete her sentence.
"Oh, imagine. Didn't you even make any research before choosing it. The money we paid was for the flight, we have to book a room here with another money."
Tom finally saw the opportunity to embarrass her which he was so pleased with.
Cherry's face flushed red out of embarrassment, then quickly changed the topic.
" So where are we to stay?"
John looked at her and smiled
" You will stay with your mum and Tom at that coffee shop, while I and Henry will find a place, then come pick you."
"OK, not so bad a plan."
John left with Henry, while Cherry, Tom and their mother 'Lola' stayed at the coffee shop in front of the airport's entrance.
"Mom, you look so excited."
"oh! Is it so obvious?" replied Lola with a smile " you don't know how long I have been dreaming of coming here."
"Oh!" was all they could say.
Cherry was all smiles, who wouldn't be excited in such a place. She ate her biscuits graciously before looking around. She saw some young couples and was quick when looking away, but not fast enough for her brother not to notice her.
"Feeling jealous?" there was a hint of mockery in his voice.
Cherry looked at him before answering with a smile
"there's nothing to be jealous of."
"Then why Look away?"
He sure wanted to piss her off.
"There was nothing interesting to look at."
"You sure, you know you could just say it's because you have no boyfriend to share such a moment with."
He really felt like picking on her, and today seemed liked the perfect day for that.
"You wish."
Cherry replied with a smirk before standing up to get more coffee.
"Never mind, I'm gonna find one for you, just wait." And that he was gonna do.

Lola on the other hand didn't spare the arguing kids a glance as her eyes were fixed at the entrance.
