Chapter 4 - Chapter 4:

You, Yoko, Enid and Wednesday ride in Weems' car as she drives into town.

The car stops outside the building and everyone but Weems exits the car.

Weems: I'll be waiting out here for you.

Y/N: Alright.

You, Yoko, Enid and Wednesday enter the building to see the psychiatrist.

Psychiatrist: Hello, you must be Y/N Addams.

Y/N: I am.

You and the others sit opposite the psychiatrist.

Dr. Kinbott: I'm Dr. Kinbott and I was wondering if you could just get me acquainted with everyone else here.

Y/N: Well, this is Yoko, she's...

Yoko: I'm her girlfriend.

Dr. Kinbott: Wonderful, glad to see that you have found love.

You look at Yoko and smile.

Y/N: So am I.

Yoko looks at you and kisses your cheek.

Dr. Kinbott: I'm sorry but can we get back to this.

Y/N: Right, my apologies, this is my sister Wednesday and the girl next to her is Enid, our friend and roommate.

Dr. Kinbott: Wonderful, so if you're comfortable I was hoping to talk about the 'incident' last night.

Y/N: Well, as you might be aware of, I attempted to jump from the balcony last night which obviously didn't work out.

Dr. Kinbott: What stopped you from doing it?

Wednesday: I pulled her away from the balcony before she could jump off.

Dr. Kinbott: You pulled her away?

Wednesday: Yes.

Y/N: I think it would probably be best if I tell you the entire story about what happened last night.

Dr. Kinbott: If you are comfortable.

Enid: Well if Y/N allows it, Wednesday and I can continue the story based on our perspectives because we were there when it happened.

Yoko: I wasn't, I was only involved with the aftermath of the 'incident'.

Dr. Kinbott: I see.

Y/N: We better get this story going.

Dr. Kinbott: Of course, when you're ready.

You sigh.

Y/N: We were on the balcony, I was reading while Wednesday was playing the chello when Enid shows up and talks with us about some of her problems, after giving her some advice I walked into the room and started having a mental breakdown.

Dr. Kinbott: Why were you having a mental breakdown?

Y/N: I...

You hesitate.

Wednesday: It's ok, I'll take it from here, Our parents had very high expectations for her and trying to reach them was taking a toll on her mental health, but what made it worse was the fact that she is dating Yoko because she worries that if they find out, they will cast her out of the family and seperate us.

Dr. Kinbott: I'm sorry to hear that.

Enid: After that Y/N walks towards the balcony and steps onto the railing to end it all when Wednesday runs towards her and pulls her off of the balcony, as she was doing that I grab my phone and call Yoko because she deserves the right to know that the woman she loves is struggling.

Dr. Kinbott: It was a good choice to tell her about it.

Enid: Yeah, I couldn't find it in me to just keep her in the dark like that.

Yoko: I'm glad you did, she probably wouldn't tell me about her problems.

Y/N: No, I wouldn't.

Dr. Kinbott: Why?

Y/N: I'm stubborn, I try to handle it myself as to not become a burden for everyone.

Yoko: Babe, you are never a burden, we are a team, your problems are mine, I just want you to feel loved, I want you to feel like you can trust me with anything that's bothering you.

Y/N: I know.

Yoko: I love you, my 'Baby Crow'.

You smile at Yoko as you blush.

Y/N: I love you too.

You and Yoko kiss.

Dr. Kinbott: Alright well, based on what you told me, Wednesday really cares about you, you two are very much in love and you fear being cast out of the family.

Wednesday: I don't care about my sister, I love her.

Y/N: I love you too, Wednesday.

Yoko: Yeah, I'm pretty sure we are in love, right babe?

Y/N: Right.

You turn to Dr. Kinbott.

Y/N: Your assumptions are correct.

Dr. Kinbott: I see, just remember that this is a safe space no one else will know unless you give us your consent.

Y/N: Ok.

Dr. Kinbott: Now Wednesday mentioned that your parents have high expectations for you and I was hoping you could elaborate more about them.

Y/N: Well, part of me thinks this way because they seem to be teaching me to be more like them.

Dr. Kinbott: What were they teaching you?

Y/N: Mostly swordsmanship.

Dr. Kinbott: Have you ever used your skill outside of practice.

Y/N: Only for defence, in fact I built my own saber.

Enid: She really did, she showed me.

Dr. Kinbott: Do you have it on you?

Y/N: Yes.

You grab your saber and put it on the table in front of you.

Dr. Kinbott: This is the saber?

Y/N: Yes, that is my personal saber.

Dr. Kinbott: Where is the blade for it?

You grab the saber.

Y/N: Within the handle.

You flick the switch and push the button which makes the blade extract from the handle.

Dr. Kinbott: So the only sharp part of the blade is the tip?

Y/N: Yes, that is the only part because I built it to be a defensive weapon.

Dr. Kinbott: I see.

Y/N: Why are we talking about this, the saber isn't why I tried to kill myself.

Dr. Kinbott: Right so, I know of what the risk is but I think you should tell your parents the truth about what you want.

Y/N: That's your advice, risk losing my sister?

Wednesday: You'd rather break everyone's heart, instead of being cast from the family?

Y/N: I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE!

You sit down and puts your hand on your forehead as you stress out.

Y/N: I'm sorry Wednesday, I shouldn't yell at you.

Wednesday: I don't care, you're stressed, I get it.

Y/N: That is no excuse for yelling at you.

Dr. Kinbott: I'm sorry Y/N but we've run out of time, we'll have to pick this up next week.

Y/N: Alright.

You and the others leave the building to see Weems in the car.

Weems: How are you?

Y/N: Suffering without my morning coffee.

Weems: Well there's a cafe just over there.

Y/N: Cool, let's go.

Weems parks the car and joins you and the others as you walk towards the cafe.
