Atlas was in the interrogation room, waiting. He looked at the glass window in front of him and smiled.
His smile disappeared when the door opened. Two officers sat Jian and Shuang down and then handcuffed them to the table.
When they left, Atlas leaned back on his chair and asked:
"What can I do for you?"
Jian and Shuang were surprised to see that Atlas didn't have a single scar on him. How could he survive all those men and come out unscathed?
Jian looked at his son who seemed lost in thoughts.
"Atlas, you know that we weren't responsible, right? That thug lied to you."
Atlas sighed.
"Can we not do this? I know you were responsible, just like you were responsible for Hongjun's charges against me. Just say what you have to say, so I can leave already."
Jian looked at Atlas and could tell that there was no way, he would believe their lies.
He underestimated Atlas until it was too late. But right now, they need his help or they'll spend the next twenty years in jail.
