Dayou looked at Atlas' smile from afar and walked slowly for some reason, his eyes always on him. Once he reached Atlas, he turned to look at him indifferently.
It irritated Dayou to see that look again, he asked angrily:
"What the hell happened yesterday?"
Atlas lifted an eyebrow and asked:
"Shouldn't I be the one to ask you that?"
Dayou yelled:
"Is this a joke? You humiliated the future king in front of everyone. The things you said to me, should have never been uttered by a duke."
Atlas burst out laughing.
"If you insult and try to humiliate a vampire, don't you think he'll do the same?"
Dayou opened his mouth, but nothing came out. What Atlas said is logical, anyone would retaliate. But Atlas isn't anyone, Dayou has seen him letting everyone walk all over him, without saying anything.
Family or stranger, it's all the same. Why would he decide to retaliate against him? How is that okay when they're engaged?
