Everyone had solemn looks on their faces after they heard August's words. However August had a rather calm expression on his face as if he were talking about some trivial matter. His composed demeanour was similar to a wisened old scholar who has experienced the vicissitudes of life and hence unsurprised by anything. This, therefore, affected the rest of the 'young' sorcerers in the room. Before they knew it their moods started improving after seeing August's nonchalance.
"I would be sounding cocky if I said I could protect you all," August said honestly. "We know that there are ranks of individuals within the cult depending on their power level. From my battle with Galahad, I can confirm that he is a King-class cult member. The problem is that we have no idea how many they are and therefore we need to consider the worst possible scenario."
The room went silent for a while as everyone reflected on the problem at hand.
