Chapter 21 - 21

"I am not going to school; I need to be somewhere else."

Takashi still had a little bit of money he took from Genji. So he took a cab to Eri's house. Takashi rolled up to the main gate of the mansion in a cab, his eyes widening ever so slightly. He had been here before, but it still looked amazing.

He paid the cab driver and walked towards the main gate. The security guard at the gate saw him and stopped him. Last time Takashi had entered and left the mansion in a car so the security had not seen him.

"Hey kid, what are you doing here?" The guard asked.

Takashi was annoyed and a bit pissed by the guard's tone.

He sent a thought into the guard's brain. [I feel like I have seen him before; maybe I should have been more polite.]

"You don't need to know who I am; just know that if you don't open this door in the next 10 seconds, you will no longer have a job."

[Fuck, he looks scary, does he really have the power to fire me? I don't want to find out.]

The guard opened the gate with a nervous look on his face.

Takashi walked through huge front yard and arrived at the mansion, one of the maids who was tending to the plants saw him and recognized him from yesterday.

Takashi asked with a smile. "Where is Mrs Nakamura?"

"Madam is inside talking with some lawyers; please follow me; I will lead you inside." The maid replied politely.

Takashi nodded and followed behind the maid. The maid led him to a room that looked like a meeting room in the office. Eri was sitting at the head of the table, and many guys wearing expensive suits were sitting around it. Takashi recognized Koji Eri's lawyer, whom he talked with yesterday.

Eri saw Takashi, and a smile bloomed on her face. "Takashi, what a surprise! I was not expecting you to come and visit."

"I just wanted to get an update on the whole situation and make sure everything is okay."

"I am glad you came." Eri stood up from the chair and looked at Koji and the rest, saying, "You guys can handle the rest of the work without me, right?"

"Ah, yes, the most of the work is almost done, now we just need to visit them and sign the papers, we can do that whenever you are free." Koji replied

"Good." replied Eri. "Takashi, come follow me."

Eri brought Takashi to what seemed like a cozy living room.

"Koji told me yesterday that I need to give a statement in court so I just came here to ask about that and I also wanted to make sure you were okay. I lost my parents when I was young so I know how you feel."

'He is such a sweet and innocent boy; he thinks I am sad, but he could not be more wrong; why would I be sad about doubling my entire fortune overnight? Ichiro was right, I did marry Hikaru for the money, and I was not even sad when he died. I was angry when he only gave me 50% of his property, but not sad.'

'I had to try and get close to Ichiro and act like his mother in hopes of getting the remaining 50% of the property but that little bastard saw right through my act, and you my sweet boy gave me the remaining 50% in a silver platter.' These were the thoughts going through Eri's mind but Takashi didn't know that.

"Thank you, Takashi; you are the sweetest boy I have ever met. As for the statement in court, you don't need to worry about that Koji is an excellent lawyer if everything goes right you won't need to give any more statements."

"I am glad to hear that."

"You should have called me; I would have sent Haru to pick you up."

"Maybe I would have if the police didn't take my phone as evidence," Takashi replied in a joking tone.

[Oh, I forgot about that, I should buy him a new one.]

Eri looked surprised and then realized that it was her fault. "Oh, I'm sorry Takashi! I forgot about that. Don't worry, I'll take you to buy a new one!"

Takashi didn't want to look like a greedy scumbag, so he didn't agree right away. "No, no, it's fine; I am sure I will get it back soon."

Eri didn't take no for an answer and forcefully took him to buy a new phone. She drove him around the city in her brand-new Lambo and bought him the latest model of iPhone. Then later she took him to a fancy restaurant for lunch.

Takashi was using his ability to send various suggestions and thoughts in her head to subtly make Eri fall in love with him and it was working, as time went on Eri was getting more and more flirtatious.

After lunch, Eri allowed Takashi to drive the Lambo, and they drove around the city till the evening. It was getting dark, so Takashi decided to return home.

The sun was beginning to set as Eri pulled up to Takashi's house. Takashi looked up at the sky, admiring the beautiful colors. He turned to Eri and smiled. "Thank you for today,"

She looked over to her right, her eyes meeting Takashi's. She can feel the tension between them. She slowly moves her face closer to Takashi's, her eyes never leaving his. She can feel his breath on her face as she moves closer. Her lips touch his ever so gently. She then parts her lips, and her tongue slips into Takashi's mouth, exploring and tasting his lips.

After what seemed like an eternity she finally pulls away, her lips still tingling from the kiss. "Anytime" she replies with a smile.

Takashi gets out of the Lambo with a huge smirk on his face. Unknown to him, Aiko saw the whole situation from her bedroom window.
