She looked towards the source of the voice to see Ray walking slowly towards the abyssal with a girl who she recognized.
'Brenda? What is she doing here?'
She descended towards them and only after landing in front of them did she notice the injuries Ray had received, especially the two large stab holes in his shoulders.
The way his hand moved, it was obvious that he didn't have much control over them.
"Are you alright?" She asked with her eyebrows slightly furrowed.
"I think it's pretty obvious. I let my guard down and it used it to the fullest. Even I won't do that," he smiled wryly.
"I see." She shifted her gaze to Brenda who wasn't surprised that they knew each other.
"What are you doing here? Do you know how dangerous this is?"
Ray glanced back and forth at them. "Do you two know each other?"
