A few days after Mian had gotten dragged out of the penthouse he had been preparing to go to school, inside his cream backpack was two notebooks, pens and pencils, and his sketch pad.
He was also wearing the ugly blue polo over a white undershirt and the slacks that was given to him. He'd grab his bag from the floor and headed down to the Executive Lounge for an exclusive breakfast.
He'd walk towards the reception area and waited to be seated by one of the staff. After a few minutes of waiting he was seated beside a window with a view overlooking the entire Bay.
He'd enjoy a nice light breakfast such as, bacon and eggs, hot chocolate, toast, and yogurt. He'd wipe his face using one of the napkins provided to him, after eating he headed down towards the main lobby, and before leaving he was stopped by one of the concierge personnel.
"Sir, Sir!" The middle-aged man spoke hurriedly as he ran forward towards Mitami.
"Something came for you, please wait a moment." He rushed back towards the room behind the concierge table and slowly walked out pushing a bicycle with a helmet, gloves, and a bicycle lock.
"The owner approved of this earlier but I need your signature for paperwork. Sign here please." He handed him a small strip of paper. Mitami grabbed his pen from his bag before signing the paper.
"Thank you." Mitami spoke respectfully and gave a slight bow, the middle-aged manager bowed back, "Have a nice morning Sir." He greeted before leaving to go back to the concierge table.
As he walked out he was helped out by the doorman giving him another small thanks, he put on the helmet, gloves, then placing the phone in a holder before riding the bicycle.
The past few days he has been holed up inside the suite either painting or playing games. so the surroundings, to him felt refreshing. Looking down on the handlebar and followed the directions on his phone.
Fifteen minutes later he arrived at the location, he'd ask the guard where he could park his bicycle, The guard asked for his student I.D card. "Sir I'm a transferee, I still have yet to receive my ID from my homeroom teacher." He'd show him his student driver's license before heading towards the parking area.
After parking the bicycle and locking it, he took off the gloves the kneepads and the helmet before putting them inside a knapsack and carrying it, He'd ask for directions in where the faculty room for the second year teachers were then headed in that direction where he was pointed towards.
Soon he'd walk up a flight of stairs, the students he'd pass by gave him curious looks as he knocked then entered the faculty room. "Good Morning, I'm looking for Miss Cruz?"
A short woman stood up holding a small stack of paper and a binder. "Follow me to the classroom. "
Mitami opened the door for her and closed it once the two of them walked out. He'd pass by other classrooms and ended up at the end of the hallway Class 2-F.
She'd walk towards the desk in the middle of the room while he stood outside. "Come in, and Introduce yourself."
Hearing the teacher call out, he'd walk into the room and Miss Cruz had written his name on the white board. "Good Morning, I'm Mitami Kazuro, I transferred from City A."
"Sit down over there." Ms. Cruz pointed out towards the middle seat in the back, he'd ealk over taking his seat hanging his knapsack and backpack on the side of the desk.
The class lasted for an hour and Ms. Cruz handed something to the class representative. When Ms. Cruz had left the room he was flocked and surrounded by his classmates.
They'd began asking him a barrage of questions, "I moved from City A like I said earlier, Yes I play sports, No I'm not planning on joining a club..." He would only stop answering their questions when a new teacher came.
Two classes had gone by and Mitami tried to sneak off only to be blocked by one of the girls. "We're not done asking you Questions Mitami."
The girl would receive a tap on her shoulder, "Mind if I take him for a bit? We need him in the student council office." A familiar voice spoke out.
"Mian! Good timing free me from the Lion's den!" He joked as he was dragged out by Mian.
"I'll answer your questions later!" He spoke out before heading down to the first floor and into the council office.
"Prez! I got my cousin, we have a "Volunteer"" Mian spoke making air quotes at the word Volunteer as she let go of his hand.
"What do you mean volunteer? I never asked to volunteer." Mitami looked at her confused then shrugging his shoulders as he was kicked in the shins.
"Ouch! That hurt, why'd you gotta kick me like that." He complained and the president looked at the two amused by their banter.
"I'm Vanessa Darley, nice to meet you Mitami." She spoke while offering a handshake for him, "Likewise Vanessa." He'd shake her hand lightly before glancing down at Mian.
"I do apologize for Mian's behavior, but we actually need help and conveniently you have "volunteered" for us." Vanessa had an apologetic smile as she reached out her hand. Mitami reached out his and shook her hand with a smile on his face.
"It's not like I have a choice with Mian here." He glanced at Mian.
"Yes you have a decision it's between yes and yes." Mian stuck her tongue out at him before letting go of his wrist.
"Great, then you can get started with sorting out this box right here." Vanessa picked up a box and placed it down on the small table Infront of a sofa.
"You can have your lunch first, You can sort them out later." She added before going back to her desk.
Sitting down on the couch, he glared at Mian before starting to sort out the papers on the desk. After a while the bell started to ring.
"Vanessa, I'm done." The files have been sorted out and was placed on top of her desk.
"Thank you, you're free to go, the class bell has rung." She spoke while she was buried in the paperwork.
"I'll stop by later to help again." He spoke while Mian glanced at the two and a small smirk appeared on her face.
Mitami had left the council room and headed towards his classroom, Luckily Class hasn't started yet, He sat back down at his seat, and waited for the day to end.
