Chapter 6 - Episode 6

Someone was seen entering the room where the Duke was lying on the floor.

The man had long white hair, with scars over his right eye. Although his face was young and handsome, his eyes did not resemble his age at all. He had the look of someone who had lived in blood and violence for a long time. It was clear from his face alone that he was not a simple noble child. Erasmus, the army commander of the Loredan Family, saw the Duke lying unconscious on the ground.

As the head of the Duke family's army, his personal strength had to be enough to rank among the best on the continent.

He was aware of the intruders from the start. He could not get involved with the order he received from the Duke before he took action.

-Before the war-

While Erasmus was training in his personal training room, he sensed the arrival of intruders inside the mansion. As he was starting to figure out who was stupid enough to break into the Duke family's building and at the same time moving on, a message came to him from the Duke.

"Erasmus, I leave the rest to you."

Since the duke did not want soldiers and households to be open targets, he left control of everyone to his most trusted subordinate, Erasmus.

After the alarms sounded, Erasmus, who took care of the household, was waiting for the war to end.

Finally, feeling that the foreigners' assets had been completely wiped out, Erasmus took action.

When he arrived at the scene, he saw the Duke lying on the ground.

He bent over to check his health and realized that he had nothing but a little physical damage. The duke was mentally exhausted by his recent circumstances, and that proud person who had not needed sleep for a long time finally fell asleep with a tired face.

When Erasmus looked around the room, he realized that the "Cursed Child" had disappeared.

As he could imagine, they had kidnapped the boy in the brawl.

An idea crossed her as to whether this was good or not.

His master's child had been kidnapped, but what would his future be here?

He was saddened by the existence of a child who had nowhere to live on this earth. The reason for his sadness was not her romantic, fragile feelings, but the resemblance to his own past.

''Anyways''

After thinking that the things he was feeling weren't working, he continued.

He lifted the Duke from the ground and informed the entire mansion that the event was over.

After the mansion was repaired, the Duke had all the servants spread the word that the boy had died.
