A man shouted as a vibrating figure with purple lightning coursing through him replied with a demonic voice. "None of this would have happened if you did not betray me to begin with....we were supposed to be partners, but it was your greed that lead you here, right to your death." The figure then phased him arm through the man's chest killing him instantly.
Another shinobi who was on the ground forced himself to run after seeing his comrades die, but as the vibrating figure spotted him trying to escape he said in his demonic voice, "You cannot outrun death."
He immediately appeared behind him with his arm through the man's chest. The man then fell down as his blood started to leak out forming a large pool around him.
The vibrating figure stopped vibrating as his appearance became more clear. He looked to be around 14 years old with a height of around 5'6. He had carelessly styled black hair and purple eyes with a black pupil and was quite handsome to look at.
Suddenly another streak of white lightning appeared near him and stopped. Standing a few metres away from him was a beautiful girl who seemed to be about his age who had blonde hair and dark blue eyes.
"I assume you are done with your job" said the black haired kid who's voice now sounded much more human.
"Yes master Ryoto."
"Then let's head to leaf and participate in the upcoming chunin exams."
"We haven't gone there in years, may I ask why master is interested all of a sudden."
"Well... there's a certain someone I have to meet, to see for myself, who the fastest is"
"Could that be ....."
