Kyle continued to attack Alex but no matter how hard he tried no matter what angle he attacked Alex would calmly evade and redirect his strike. After Alex's evades he would then counter-attack but the attack would never hit as Alex would stop before it reached Kyle.
In the beginning, the more Alex did that the more irritated Kyle became but as the fight dragged on the frustration and anger was disappearing instead it was being replaced by anxiety.
'Why won't my attacks hit? Why doesn't he hit me? Why am I already breathing heavily? What the f*ck is happening?!' While those thoughts swirled in Kyle's mind Alex suddenly spoke.
"Kyle Davis sixteen years old, middle school kickboxing champion. Has been charged with three counts of extortion, ten counts of assault, and one count of attempted homicide, as of today all charges have been dropped. You have done a lot of bad things without any consequences, having a father who's a police captain helps. Since your parents don't seem able to teach you properly I will do it in their stead."
Kyle stopped attacking and looked at Alex in surprise since he knew so much about him. After several seconds of silence, Kyle suddenly laughed.
"HAHAHAHA!!! Is that it, are you a relative of one of those f*ckers, or are you perhaps another one of those people my dad sends to try and straighten me up? Either way, it doesn't matter, I'll be the one teaching you a lesson about reality. Hey, you f*ckers how long are you just going to keep on looking?! This sh*thead is looking down on us, if he heard about this what do you think he'll do."
When the others heard what Kyle said they suddenly became focused, if he heard about this then something more horrible than they could imagine would happen. Seeing the reaction of the freshmen who began to surround him Alex immediately understood what was happening.
"I see, you guys are being commanded through power and fear."
"Of course they are, everyone bows down to power and fear," Kyle responded enthusiastically.
"Did that guy teach you that?"
"No, that's what every student in Ryuuga Academy believes in. Still, that person has already proven to us that even the world of mercenaries power, and fear rule above all else."
"Only low-level mercenaries would think that way. On the battlefield if you don't trust your companions and only trust in your own power that will only get you killed."
"Hmph, you talk as if you've been on the battlefield. Unlike that person, you're nothing more than a poser. Everyone let's show this guy who he's messing with!"
The people surrounding Alex all attacked in tandem. Unlike before it seems that their movements have become better and even though Alex still easily defeated them with one hit they no longer cowered and even became more frantic.
"Do you see, this is the power instilled by fear." Kyle who was recovering his stamina spoke up happily watching as his underlings fought harder than before.
Alex did not respond and continued to defeat everyone that came his way, and without sweating. Even though almost all of these guys have an athletic build or have big body builder bodies they had no formal training. They relied solely on their god-given gifts which were wasted on them.
Kyle who was happily watching the fight while recovering finally noticed something was wrong. The people who were attacking Alex had become so few that when he looked around more than a hundred of his underlings had already fainted. Alex had already defeated so many and he wasn't even looking a little bit tired.
Not only did Kyle notice this but even the others did as well. The group once again hesitated to attack.
"Why are you stopping?! What do you think is worse getting hit by this guy and fainting or facing him after learning one person beat us."
"Yeah, this is much better than facing him."
"Come on this ain't no time to chicken out now!"
The group of freshmen once again regained their fighting spirit. Seeing how these people kept on fluctuating from wanting to run to wanting to fight made Alex sigh.
"I guess violence is truly the only way to make you understand."
Alex closed his eyes and sighed and the very second he opened his eyes a suffocating feeling came over the freshmen. The freshmen saw the sight of their deaths happening in front of their eyes. It was different ways on how Alex could've killed them. The sight felt so real that most of them fainted from it, only Kyle was left conscious. Kyle who was kneeling on the ground barely conscious looked at Alex and with some difficulty spoke.
"... Are you... The same as that guy?... Have... You've been... to the battlefield..."
Alex did not respond and instead punched Kyle in the face, but he held back so that Kyle would not fain. Alex then proceeded to punch Kyle in different places on his body with controlled force to make sure Kyle felt pain but not enough to faint.
Kyle who was being assaulted by not only Alex's fist but by the immense killing intent Alex was emitting was now hallucinating. When Kyle looked at Alex he saw a horrifying sight a huge demon that seemed to come from the depths of hell itself was pounding at him while laughing.
"NO!!!!"
For the first time, Kyle screamed at the top of his lungs his body trembled, yet Alex did not stop and continued punching him.
"Please stop! Forgive me! Forgive me!"
Despite Kyle's begging Alex did not stop for a second and continued punching without any fluctuation in his expression.
"... I... Promise... I... will... never harm the innocent..." When Kyle said those words Alex finally stopped punching. Kyle who felt relieved for a second then heard Alex's emotionless voice.
"Do you think this much pain can truly change you? Do you think this much pain and fear can save you? No, I promised to make sure that you won't be able to even dare think of harming any innocent people."
Alex grabbed Kyle's hand and then bent his index finger.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!"
Kyle screamed as he was in so much pain, even tears started falling from his eyes. Alex then bent his middle finger making Kyle scream even more loudly.
"I will make sure that the pain you feel now will forever be engraved in your mind and body. The very thought of harming others will make you shiver in fear."
"You b*stard my father will not let this go!"
"It seems that you still don't understand your current situation." Alex let go of Kyle took out his phone and called someone. After talking for a bit on the phone, Alex placed his phone right next to the confused Kyle.
"Son."
When Kyle heard the voice of the person on the phone he was surprised.
"Father?"
"Yes, you might be confused by now, but know what Alex is doing to you is for your own sake. I'm a bad father and instead of scolding you I indulged and protected you from your own wrongs, but now we should face those sins like men. I'm sorry my son but I promise you things will be better."
When Kyle heard what his father said he knew that he was part of all this, and he had no chance at all now. The call ended with Kyle not being able to say anything.
"Now let's continue the lesson."
...
After a while, Alex exited the building and called the head butler.
"Call for an ambulance and help them bring those people to the hospital."
"As you command, young master."
