Chapter 1 - ENDING UP COUPLES (1)

Was it love? Maybe it was love, it was probably love! What else could it be? Anyways Jenny didn't know and didn't really want to know. Afterall why complain? She was dating with the most popular cutest boy in the whole school. Wellsburg Highschool was a school for the most prestigious families because their fees was worth buying a villa, the richest people in Rose hill city but arranged hierarchically.

Jenny wasn't an easy case, she was the only child of the Buford which was the third on top five richest families in the city, The Bufords Company led by her father Sedrick Buford was so popular with it's unique label and brand on everything and it really brought in a lot of millions. But Jordan, her boyfriend was on a higher level. He was the last and second born of the Langston which was one rank higher than the Bufords. It was the second richest family. Amos Langston, his father led the Langston Company, with many industries, hotels and estates.

Unlike other prestigious families in money competition, Bufords and Langston were friends. Melinda Buford and Ellen Langston were best friends since their childhood, they even studied together until they got married and luckily to the right husbands.

So Jenny and Jordan also became friends because of their parents, but they some what fell in love, actually if it was love even. And because rich children have no secret for their parents, they informed their families in one of the dinners that they had together. And guess what? That was the best news they had ever had in their lives. They celebrated the news that they considered fantastic and extraordinary with a huge feast for the family in day time and a private romantic dinner for the couple at night.

The young couple celebrated their anniversary weekly, yes every week! They had spent 3years together meaning they had celebrated nearly 157 weeks together.

They were inseparable, actually that's what they thought. They had frequent dinners and outings and did everything together and were the wisest in their whole class.

Unlike Jordan, Gishan his elder brother was a known playboy by everyone. Stupidly girls were aware but still fell for his charms, with his ultra expensive Lamborghini Aventador, and his great skills in Basketball, girls fought and abused for him...He was the king of the school. Everyday he brought different kind of girls at home and the funniest is that those girls were all aware that they were all played but liked it. But no blame, he was so handsome. His eyes were captivating, deep and expressive, where girls got lost if they stared long into them, to them it couldn't be described with words...His smile was considered contagious and unique, the one which could light up the room in an instant, yet he rarely smiled but did it only to girls he at least had got attached to, which we're literally few.

Most people called the marriage of Ellen and Amos forbidden, unjust and false but others said it was unstoppable love that they had to escape from judgment but, by years the words had decreased because after all they had grown old and the children too.

In reality it was indeed a catastrophic marriage whereby in the past Ellen wasn't really dating Amos no! She was dating his big brother Adrien a humble being in glasses! Ever reading novels and minding his own business, he was peaceful and calm, a guy who knew how to control his temper and anger even when one could provoke him and this is the guy Ellen had fallen in love with at first. In description he was a jackpot, the perfect gentleman unlike Amos who was the complete opposite a defined player. His friends called him "A Boy for All" (ABA) because he was indeed every girl's boyfriend and brought different girls home. Oh! Cuteness was too much and girls fought and quarreled for him, he was indeed reckless but still cautious not to impregnant any of his girls.

Adrien and Ellen were in love but he loved her more and it could show but his character was a bit boring, he loved her so much but expressed it inadequately. She wanted more time and attention but got scarce, he was ever on books and gave less attention, it was very rare for them to kiss not because she never wanted no! On the contrary, because he saw it less important. To him love wasn't expressed by physical contact nor words but by actions. He indeed showed by his actions when they were all alone and she felt loved when he did what he did but this was inadequate to her, she always wanted more action, more kisses, more caresses and more physical contact but got it occasionally.

Ellen wanted more of him but he always refused to go further, he always justified himself by saying it wasn't the right time yet. Inwardly he knew he couldn't control himself if they went deeper into action so, he prevented this by making himself busy by reading books and writing non-romantic novels which were considered boring.

Amos had all types of girls and when he saw Ellen for the first time he wanted to hard her on his list, he knew she was his brother's girlfriend but still went for her. She wasn't the kind of quiet and simple girls, she had a straight-forward attitude and wasn't the kind of girl to joke around and smile all the time, she was expressive and spoke exactly what was in her mind. And when Amos came with his humor, it was totally destroyed. She saw him as a waste of time and told it to him face-to-face. That was his first rejection and he couldn't accept it, know girl had ever given her attitude, not even once! He was determined to get her into his trap so, he came to her daily and still got abused and undermined...it hurt him but he couldn't give up his goal which was to get her into his bed.

But in that process something unexpected happened! Amos fell in love with Ellen and spending one day without seeing her became a burden to him. What hurt him the most was when he could see her laughing with his Adrien, they were in love and it hurt. He severally ignored his other girlfriends because he was with her and they complained.
