The next day the royal throne ascensation function begins without the royal advisor Edward Finroll. The atmosphere of the function was heavy due to the recent incident and everybody was sad. After some time my master and the new king entered the function. I arrived at the function earlier to prepare the new King Julies Light for the function. After some time the current governor George Justin entered the function and the atmosphere seemed to be a little good after his arrival.
We started the function after a while when the special guests arrived. The president Michal Hudson of the Nation of Uzur was presented at the function as the special guest. He arrived at the function with his whole family. Master Vintage Vanour welcomed him as the representative of the Light Kingdom. After a couple of minutes the function began, the archbishop of the royal church said his prayers and read some verses from the Bible and after that he crowned Julies and declared him as the new king of the Light Kingdom.
Everyone was there when the archbishop was saying the verses but my master was nowhere to be seen at that time. When the archbishop was going to crown the new king he suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I have noticed a thing about my master and it is that he just vanishes sometime in the middle of the crowd. I think it is one of his skills. Whatever I just don't get surprised anymore by my master, specially after seeing him on action.
We leaved the function after some time to attend an important meeting. The next day we visited the new royal palace to meet the King that's when I saw a girl in blonde hair I must say she was a quite fine lady but she was wearing armor that time so I thought that she was a knight. We were waiting for the king in the grand room and that's when she entered the room with the king, I get shocked when I saw her with the king.
The king greeted us and introduced us to the blonde lady. He told us that her name is Alisha Finroll and she is the only daughter of the former royal aid Edward Finroll. I asked the king "why didn't we see her before?" The king replied that "she is a spy knight so that's why she was abroad for her mission for a long time, she just returned yesterday". After hearing kings word I said her that "I am so sorry for your father, he was a brave and a good man please take my condolences". She replied that "no it's okay I don't need any condolences, he is dead your condolences can't bring him back so don't worry about it, I just have to kill the person who killed him and that's all". After listening her words I told her that "revenge will also not bring him back". She looked at me with disgust and told me that "but it will bring peace to his soul".
My master told both of us to stop when our conversation was getting out of control. I apologized to him and told him that "because of some fool you don't have to take any worry, your butler can take care of some fool by himself". She looked at me again but this time she was extremely furious she drawed her sword toward me and said "if you talk even a word I will cut your fealty mouth".
We stopped our fighting after that. My master began his meeting after we stopped our fighting. He told the king that "everything is going well, we will be able to establish our order on the whole Kingdom again". The king said "hopefully everything will go according to our plan, lets pray to god for our success". Suddenly my master became angry and told him that "we don't need god's help to conquer anything, we can conquer it on our own". The king was surprised by the fact that how angry my master was just by hearing god's name.
We took our leave after a while on the other side Alisha said to king that "I don't feel like he is a good guy". The king asked him "are you talking about Vintage Vanour?" she replied "yes, I think he is just putting a show before you he isn't actually loyal to you". After listening her words he replied that I already know that but right now I don't have the power to strip him of his position. Then she asked him "what is his exact position in this kingdom?" he replied that "he is the representative of the kingdom and moreover he is the minister of foreign affairs". After hearing king's words she said "Vintage has got more power than I ever thought, we need to remove him from his position soon or he will devour the whole kingdom".
Julies asked her "is it even possible to strip him of his position?" she replied "if you want then anything is possible, you just have to give me the order to eliminate him and I will do it right now". After hearing her words he gave her the order to eliminate Vintage Vanour. She leaved the room immediately by saying "your orders are absolute my majesty". She ordered some of the skilled spy knights to investigate the whole palace to know if there are any Vanour workers here.
After the investigation she found out that 60% of the workers in the palace are Vanour workers. She immediately informed the king about it. After hearing her report he said to her that "so we never had any chance to eliminate him, do we?" Then Alisha said to him that "don't fall in despair my majesty, we will find a way to eliminate him but first we need to take care of the Vanour workers, from the information I collected I understand that they are not amateurs they are pro, so we have to be careful.
The king then ordered him to take care of the workers in 2 days. She replied "don't worry my lord we are going to eliminate him very soon".
On the other side me and my master were planning for the final phase of the game. At that time one of our spies came from the window and told us that the pawns have taken their action. My master smiled his demonic laugh and said me to prepare his carriage. I immediately take my leave and prepared the carriage. After some time we departed for the orphanage that my master was so excited to go.
We reached in the orphanage after an hour. An old man named David Jason came and welcomed us warmly and took us to the waiting room. After a while he bring a young boy named Andrew Rise and told my master that "the product is ready for its work". My master smiled but this time there was no bad feelings about it; it was like he was finally enjoying his life.
I asked my master who is he and why the old man is calling him a product. He replied that "Andrew was abandoned by his parents cause he had no legs when he borned so we took him in the orphanage and raised him to be an weapon that will never betray us, later when he grew up we gave him legs so he can run and work for us, he is the mightiest pawn I have ever got". I asked my master again "what did he meant when he said he gave him legs". He replied that "yeah you heard right we gave him actual human legs, we cut of legs from a dead body and modified it and attached the legs to his body, he was so happy when he got his legs I still remember the day, he was 12 years old when he got his legs".After hearing Andrew's story it felt like a horror story rather than a happy interesting story
Anyway after he told me the story he called Andrew to sit beside him and told him that are you ready to become the first president of the Nation of Light. He replied that "I am always ready to become anything even if it means to become someone's dog or a dead body". After hearing his reply my master screamed by saying that "what a good boy Andrew is". He kissed Andrew in his forehead and said you are my precious son always be a good boy as you are now.
I asked Andrew "how old is he?" he looked to my master and asked for his permission to tell me his real age. My master gave him the permission and he told me that his real age is 22. I get shocked after hearing that and told him that "you look like a 17 years old guy who goes to high school". He smiled and told me that it's okay everybody in the orphanage also tells me the same.
We stayed there until evening. When we returned in our mansion we saw that Yazid Chronof was drinking tea in the living room. He stood up and gives salute to my master when he saw him. I asked my master "why he called him?" he replied that we need to bring a revolution to overthrow the kingdom and we need Yazid's help for it. After saying me that he looked at Yazid and asked him "Are you ready to show the dog who is the real king". Yazid smiled and replied that "of course my lord". (To Be Continued)
