Dave found himself in a very arduous situation, he was unable to think of a way he can survive. He waited for what the person in front of him was planning to do.
The young Noble lady walked with a dagger in her hand in front of Dave. Her expression of extreme fear changed when she realized who was the person that had come to save them.
Seeing that reaction from the young lady, White laughed.
" So he is someone you know, I guess you are not here to save the Town folks." White Spoke, " And, I went through the trouble of bringing extra hostages just in case you don't care for the lives of the Noble siblings."
" You, What do you think you are?" Dave finally spoke, this time despite the risk of being paralyzed, he wanted to ask this question.
He has long figured out that the person he was dealing with was certainly a psychopath that enjoyed these kinds of things. Making this look like a game, he wanted to buy some time for himself, until his body gets used to the pain.
"...A Wierd Question, But according to me, I think I am the... Huh? Nothing comes to mind...I will answer you later when I realize what I am..." White was chuckling as he spoke but was interrupted before he finished.
" Let me tell you what I think you are," Dave spoke, " You are a walking corpse because I have made up my mind to kill you myself."
"...That was cool! The coolest line I have heard!" White spoke, " Did you come up with it?"
White jumped and circled, around Dave. And, then looked toward the Noble lady in front of him.
" You know what you have to do, right?" He spoke to which the girl nodded, her face once again filled with fear.
She came forward with the knife in her hand, directly aiming for his head however at the last moment the knife was blocked by something. Dave had formed another body shape shield to protect himself. Slowly Dave tried to get up, and endure all the pain and everything.
It appeared that White tried to use the parasite to kill him by pointing his hands toward him but nothing happened.
" Why aren't you dying?" He screamed. " Why?"
He didn't answer that the Parasite in his body has already been killed because of the [poison Resistance] skill. He stood up on his legs, despite the pain.
After that White took out a long and thin type rapier. He thrusted his rapier and managed to make a crack but not break it. Dave managed to grab the rapier and swung a fist toward White's stomach, he wasn't even able to muster 25% of what he was capable of before coming here.
It pushed him back but he wasn't affected at all.
" Hahaha! Impressive but that's all you could manage, A Pity...to have such a fighting spirit and yet–" White laughed and tried to mock Dave, but suddenly something he didn't expect happened.
The Youn Noble Lady used the knife to attack him instead. White sensed that she was coming after him so he stopped speaking and swung his rapier but Dave got in the way and defended the girl.
" Run! Towards your brothers! All of you gather in one place!" He ordered and the girl ran towards her siblings and the rest of the hostages while Dave blocked the way between them and White.
More blood came out of his body the more he moved, and slowly he was starting to feel colder. He had to finish this before he fainted or worse dies because of blood loss.
White stopped moving and looked at Dave and the hostages behind him. He was acting weirdly as if he was being conscious of something or someone he looked behind the wall, Dave also looked towards where he was looking and suddenly an arrow approached white out of nowhere. White was able to deflect the arrow and then noticed that someone broke the spikes and entrance.
" Conan...?" Dave saw the adventurer who was in his transformed state. Arrows after arrow approached white but he was easily able to deflect them all.
" Who Are You?" White shouted and just like anyone who didn't know about his skill Conan replied to him.
The outcome was the same, Just like what happened to Dave, Conan's skill was dispelled and he was frozen in one place. White Jumped down instantly going for the kill but out of nowhere Max came from behind to defend and stood between them.
" Are You Here To Save Him?" White shouted again but for some reason, Max didn't reply. He was notified by his skill about the danger, Max's skill was the best counter to White's skill.
Seeing that Max wasn't affected White rushed to kill both of them but suddenly he ran sideways to avoid something. When Dave turned he saw the Young Noble Boy shooting some type of laser beam from his finger, it didn't hit White cause he was probably able to sense the danger.
" Can you give me that Dagger?" He asked the noble girl. She hesitated to give the dagger to him.
" I came here to save you, I will not attack you," Dave spoke and then added, " I need the dagger to kill that man." He asked
She threw the dagger in front of him and didn't come out of the barrier.
" You boy, keep firing your laser beams at him, he can not attack you inside the shield, You have to buy us some time." He ordered and the Young Noble Boy nodded.
Dave jumped down the roof, He could see that White was avoiding the arrows that were probably being shot by Roy and the laser beams that the boy was firing at him.
It was not a 5 Vs 1 because soon, the other terrorist also joined the fight. Some were even coming toward him to fight.
Battles with his life on the line...At first, when he came to this world, he told himself that he didn't want that. But after gaining such strength from his skill, he wondered how strong he could become in this world.
What kind of life awaited him if he survives this battle?
