The Situation was getting worse, Dave was getting tired of fighting continuously within the dungeon. He had snatched a shield and a sword from one of the stone soldiers and was trying to defend himself as much as possible. The attack even though didn't cause much damage, still hurt like a mosquito bite and he was dealing with more than hundreds of such mosquitos.
He had never used a sword in a fight but he enjoyed wielding the weapon. There was not much difference compared to fighting barehanded as he only swung the sword however he liked. He had a high defence stat compared to the statues that he had been fighting until now so no matter how much they attack it would only leave a scratch while Dave shattered the statues with one hit of his sword.
Even though he enjoyed fighting, Dave felt that his body was exhausted for the first time. He had been fighting without a break, and his clothes were completely tattered due to constant attacks from the enemy.
The enemy was coming from the next tunnel where he needed to visit, he fought through them and slowly made progress.
As he reached the next tunnel, he walked on the walls and then on the ceiling of the tunnel, defying gravity because of his [ Walker] skill. This turned out to be more useful than he first thought.
As Dave walked towards the end of the tunnel, he saw that the Stone monsters were throwing weapons at him as if booing his action. Dave couldn't help but laugh at this situation and stuck her metallic tongue out to tease the enemies.
As he entered the room he finally noticed that he had finally reached the treasure room. He noticed that there was a certain portal like this from where the stone monsters were coming out.
Dave landed over that portal and used his appraisal skill to check what it was.

The hair on his head stood up when he read the notification. It was an ancient rank abandoned item that he can own. Imagine having an army of these monsters serving him once he owns it.
' The monsters aren't that tough but I can get lifetime free servants, Now this is what I came for.'
It was a pretty nice item and Dave didn't waste time and selected Yes...All of a sudden all the monster who was going to attack him stopped and stood still.
He checked the item description in his system after having this in his Arsenal.

The timing was great since he would need them to avoid a certain trap.
" Open the treasure chests" Dave ordered.
There was not one but more than a hundred boxes in the room and only one of these boxes is the treasure. It was hard to tell since all of them were identical.
As soon as one of the stone soldiers opened the box, he was swallowed by weird tentacles that came out of it. A new stone soldier was summoned from the portal since there was one slot left in the army.
Dave ordered to put the box in a separate place. The Tentacles were dangerous without a doubt and may have been even stronger than him. With so many monsters around this place, Dave felt out of place.
Feeling that he had accomplished his mission he started thinking about how to get back.
After some time one of the stone soldiers found the treasure box that was not a monster. He brought it in front of Dave to look at whatever was inside.
Over a cushioned surface inside the box, there was a palm size, cerulean colour crystal. Dave quickly used the appraisal skill over this to know what this thing was.

' Whatever I got the portal,' Dave didn't feel sad because he had already gotten something that he considered very rewarding for his efforts.
' But the power to freeze the world sounds dangerous, should I leave it here? This will be a dangerous thing to carry–' Just as Dave was thinking about these things he saw a notification.

" ...Woah, I forgot about extraction." Dave scratched his head.

Everything was going smoothly, Dave put the portal back into the system and wrapped the ice crystal into his tattered shirt and walked shirtless with his metal body still active. He wanted to check what new skills did he get but he decided to return as quickly as possible.
Suddenly though as he was walking he heard a voice in his head.

" Hey, what does that mean? Black Dawn in Luxor Town? Sacrifice? What does that mean? " Dave questioned but didn't receive any reply.
Who could he be talking about? His friends were in danger, they are being used as sacrifices. All of these things made Dave angry, but more than that his blood was boiling as soon as he heard the name, Black Dawn.
He can still remember that man in white who he had sworn to kill.
" If you are there then I will kill you this time," Dawn spoke before he strode back the way he came from. " Wait for me Oscar, Iris, and John,"
