Fifth Sister's form teacher grew furious. Having taught Fifth Sister for three years, the form teacher knew how bull-headed Fifth Sister could be when she had set her mind on something. Faved with Fifth Sister's stalwart resistance, the form teacher compromised and said, "Fine. Fine. We'll discuss this again, but only after finishing your exams."
"Really?"
"Yes. Go on. The exams are about to start. Even if you were to stand here waiting, I wouldn't be able to get all the paperwork sorted in time. Did you think you could just sit for the exams at the drop of a hat?" Fifth Sister's homeroom teacher may have been beside herself in anger, but she was still a teacher at heart.
