Bright places his finger on my forehead and gently pushes my forehead and when I open my eyes and I'm back in my room I look at the time on my phone it says 23h56.
"Yeah, I should go to bed."
I lay down on my bed and fall asleep.
[Next Morning. After breakfast with the family. In the Inner Realm]

I sit down and look at Bright.

- Inner Realm mastery training is pretty simple.

- Yes! When you learn to control your Inner Realm you will be able to change things inside your Inner Realm and you'll also be able to stay in here longer. Which brings us to the Mind Immersion training. To reach Mind Immersion you simply need to be able to stay here for twenty hours it's double the time that you're currently able to stay in here. You're gonna need to surpass yourself. However, it's a training that you can only do once a day since you are pushing your mind to its limits.
- Makes sense and after I'm done with this I can do some physical training in the outside world.
- I'm gonna sit here and cultivate at the same time.
- What do I do when I reach my limit then I don't want you to go through a reflux!
Reflux. Reflux is a phenomenon that happens when a person is cultivating. It happens when the person cultivating experiences disturbing from the outside it could be someone attacking or it could also simply be a simple disturbance around them. It would cause them to break their focus and the Energicules that they absorbed would go rampant inside their body which could lead to if they are a magicians a mana heart breaking, if they are a martial artists it could end up breaking the Dantian, if they are a contract holder than it could end up breaking or creating cracks in their prana pool ( cracks would cause the prana to always leek out of the prana pool.).

- When you're mental strength reaches its limit it will automatically eject you out of your Inner Realm.
- Then why were you always the ones to eject me?
- When you stay here for too long you felt it too the headaches its bearable but it hurts right?
- Yeah.
- How much do you think it'll hurt if you stay here so long that you are forcibly ejected?
I get goosebumps.
- I don't even wanna think about it.
- It'll be extremely painful but this is the only way to reach Mind Immersion. Are you sure you wanna go through it?
- I will do anything if it leads me to getting stronger. At first, I only came back for revenge but now there are also things I want to protect.

I close my eyes.
"Since I'm here and I have nothing else to do I'll purify my Aura."
Aura purification is the process of purifying my Aura. The process is separated into three steps. Gathering, Rotation, and Explosion. The Gathering is the first step. All I have to do is gather all the Aura inside my body to my lower abdomen after that the second step starts. Rotation is like its name implies is rotating the aura that I gathered during the first step (it is also the step where the aura is purified) and keep doing it until the third and final step happens. The third step explosion is an automatic step, in other words, it happens by itself, when the rotation has purified as much aura as it can the rotation will explode which will make all the gathered aura refill my body again. Even if I empty my body of the aura it contained the purification still remains in simpler terms it means that when I gather Energicules and it transforms into Aura in my body the percentage that I had already purified will automatically be purified.

" Aura is an energy that I had never seen before therefore it is impossible to know how strong he'll be when he reaches full purification and to be honest I'm really excited to see him reach it just how strong will he be? But for now, he's really far from it."
{Noah}
"It's already been thirteen hours my head hurts it's like my head is being split into countless parts mental pain is a whole new type of pain something that I didn't experience in the future."
Just as I finish my thought I get ejected from my Inner Realm. When I open my eyes I'm in the outside world. And the pain kicks in again.
" Damn it! I forgot the pain continues even here!"
[ 20 minutes later]
The pain has finally subsided. I get up and head to the training grounds when I arrive it is empty.
" It is past the Knights' training time so nobody will come back now."
I start my physical training and just like that, a week passes by.
[A week later]
My training has paid fruit. I still haven't completed Mind Immersion but I can now stay for fifteen hours inside my Inner Realm( Inner Realm time) which equals to an hour and a half in the outside world. As for my body training, my body is now able to withstand my Body Of speed! Electricity! and I can use Body Of Speed! Lightning! for about eleven seconds.
It's Sunday and tomorrow is the King's Sword assembly. I'm eating souper with my family.
- As you guys know tomorrow is the King's Sword assembly.
- What will happen there, Father? I ask.
" In the future, I wasn't able to reach the King's Sword title. I had the strength to get it but I had nothing in the kingdom I had lost my mother and Roan the only person I could trust so I never went back then I heard that the kingdom was destroyed by the demons during the war."
- We will discuss about the Unofficial and Official King's Swords and after that Jynn and Noah you will leave the rest of the meeting is only for Official King's Sword.
- That's all? asks Jynn.
- Yeah that's all.
We finish eating and we all go back to our rooms.
[In Noah's room]
- Bright! Pull me in!
I get pulled into my Inner Realm and it seems like Bright is cultivating since the one that pulled me in was Dull.
- What is it, Kid?
- I just came here to train that's all.
- Fine do whatever you want.
Dull leaves. I sit down, relax and admire the scenery of the green plain.
" My Aura purity has reached ten percent so I stopped purifying. At my current state, any more than that and using my Aura would be dangerous."
I get up and walk around. I stumble upon a cave in the cave I see Bright and Dull cultivating.
" Thanks to you guys I'm seeing a lot of things, and understandings many more things that I would have never known if it wasn't for you two bringing me back. I don't know what your guy's goal is but ill definitely help you accomplish it."
Its already been 17 hours. I broke my record again and I get ejected. The headaches kick in.
" I can never get used to it."
And I pass out.
[Next Day at the palace]
- Lets go in boys.
We enter the palace and we get led to a room when we open the door we see two familiar faces which are the First sword; King Galliard and the Third sword Darius. My Father and Yoann sit down and Jynn and I stand behind them. King Galliard starts.
