- Let's start the King's Sword Assembly!
-What will we be talking about first? Asks Yoann.
- Isn't it obvious? We need to talk about the Unofficial lists. Answer Darius. Who is gonna enter it and who is gonna leave it whether it's because they join the Official list or they simply aren't qualified anymore. What do you think Luke?
- A week ago I met Duke Laos. It seems like he was at peak Black-Gold rank. He should have a breakthrough during this week. This means that he'll enter the Platinum rank which should be enough for him to enter the Official list. What do you think Galliard?
- Let's wait until he reaches mid-Platinum rank. When he reaches it, let's make him enter the Official list. Is there anybody else from the Unofficial list that you think can move up? What about Duke Qendrick Layton and what about Duke Nuyo Parmekia?
The four Dukes are separated into two factions. The first faction is the Mage Faction in which my Father is in with Duke Qendrick Layton. It's called the mage faction because the two families are families that produce mostly magicians. The second faction is the Martial Faction, and the two families that are part of it are the Parmekia Ducal family and the Laos Ducal family. Just as the Mage Faction it is called as such because both of the family mainly produces and favors martial artists. However, the two factions are not at odds with each other. They are only separated because of their opinions, what they focus on and what they value more.
My Father answer with
- It seems like as usual Duke Nuyo Parmekia is not interested in the King's Sword title but from what I heard from Duke Laos, Nuyo has reached high Platinum Rank recently.
- You don't seem surprised your highness. says, Darius.
- The last time I saw him it looked like he was about to break through from mid to high Platinum rank. So I can't exactly say that I'm surprised. Alright is there anybody else that can move up?
- The only one left is Qendrick Layton but he says that he has no intention to accept the King's Sword title. Says Darius.
-Why? asks Yoann. If I remember right he also has seven mana hearts, just like your dad which would make him a low Platinum rank.
For magicians, their rank is determined by their mana hearts and how far they are constructing the other one. Let's take for example my Father Duke Luke Arcadios who has seven mana hearts and has started forging his eight mana heart. Father has started forging the third part out of the four parts that makes a mana heart therefore he is a high Platinum Rank.
A mana heart is separated into four parts the first part is the receiver which receives the Energicules that transformed into mana. The second part is the storage where the mana is stored. The third part is the processor when spells are used it's the part that processes whether the magicians possess the right amount of mana hearts and the strength of the mana hearts to use the spell. The last part is the ejector, it's the part that ejects the mana out of the mana hearts in order to conjure the spell.
- As you know the Layton are a family that mainly produces mana-users and they have an obsession with magic they are always searching for ways to make themselves stronger and from what Galliard told me before you guys arrived it seems like Duke Qendrick said that Noah had a special body and he wanted to research him. Says Darius with hesitation while looking at my Father.
King Galliard buries his face in his palms. At first, I didn't understand why they were acting like that but my incomprehension was quickly solved. My Father and both of my brothers' are exuding killing intent as well as so much mana that it's getting hard to breath.
- You should, all three of you, calm down don't you see that the very person and reason you're getting mad for is having a hard time?
The bloodlust and the terrifyingly large amount of mana that they were ejecting have disappeared. My Father looks at the King and his usually composed and relaxed expression is nowhere to be seen all that there is an expression full of anger and rage, the same expression is also on both of my brother's faces.
- Does he want a war between our families? My Father asks King Galliard.
- I know you are mad but you need to calm down I already said no since I knew that you would be against it. He answers.
- Don't we both know how those Layton bastards are? When they want to research something they'll try anything they can to get their hands on it!
- Do you really think I gave you the magicians and the knights only for the assassins? Qendrick came to see me right after the ceremony by giving you some of the court magicians and knights as well as the Sacred Sword was to show and tell him that if he tried anything he would have to answer to me.
They both stare at each other for a while and my father looks at me and says.
- If anything happens to him I won't hesitate to destroy the Layton Duchy. I hope you won't meddle? asks my Father
- If something like that happens you will have my permission to do so. Answer Galliard.
They stare at each other again and Darius claps his hands
*clap, clap*
- Alright let's calm down and move on we have a few other things to discuss don't we?
Both my Father and King Galliard lean back on their chairs and King Galliard throws the next subject of the Assembly.
- The next topic is about the Unofficial King's Sword list entry. Do you have somebody you recommend?
Darius raises his hand.
- Go ahead, Darius.
- We all can agree that this kid can enter the Unofficial list.t He wouldn't be here if nobody agreed with that opinion right? I don't have to say why I'm recommending him after all he's the first in history to forge a mana heart at this age. After that, there is the fact that he has a Constitution and lastly is above average and incredibly developed battle sense. In terms of talent, he's the most talented that the kingdom of Fayrak has ever seen. So I think that it's not something that even needs to be discussed. So let's make this quick and lets vote.
Darius, my Father, Yoann, and King Galliard all raise their hands in order to agree with Darius's statement. Then Darius continues.
- Alright now that this is resolved the Arcadios family now has two Official and two Unofficial King's Sword.
Jynn that's next to me pats and rubs my head. When I lift my head up to look at him I can see his face is full of pride because of my achievement.
- You two can go now. Says Father.
Jynn and I get out of the Assembly room and we are guided back to the main door. We get in the car and we depart.
- What about Yoann and Father?
- Don't worry Noah. Roan will go get them after their done.
[20 minutes later]
- I'm gonna head to the training grounds see you at supper bro!
- Alright see you later then.
[ In the training ground ]
I arrive at the training ground and when I arrive I'm surprised at the presence of the Knight Order. They all greet me.
- Greetings third young master.
- Ah I'm fine you can get back to your training.
They get back to their training and I start mine.
"I can feel them looking at me. Not that it matters I just need to focus on my training."
[After an hour]
" Bright! bring me in!"
I get pulled inside and I start my Inner Realm Mastery training. Since I can't make my aura purer I just walk around the plains. After seventeen hours and a half I get ejected I lay down to rest a bit and after a thirty-minute break, I head back to my room take a bath and put on some pajamas and I head downstairs to eat. After eating I head back upstairs to my room and I start inspecting my body.
" The results are good. For now, I'll always keep the weights on and I'll only take them off when I have no choice but to do so. That means I'm only taking them off if I'm in danger or in a life-or-death situation. However, I might need to take them off during the dorm assignment at the Academy."
During the rest of the week, I keep training my body and I keep doing my Inner Realm Mastery training. The results are seeable. I can now use Body Of Speed for thirteen seconds and I can stay in my Inner Realm for about eighteen hours max would be eighteen and a half. And just like that, a week passes by.
[ A week later]

" It's been two weeks since I've seen the academy. A place that I had never reached in the future."
