"Garp, enjoying your time here?" Entering the underground prison area, Vermillion asked how the old man was doing. Behind him was a large pile of food floating in the air.
"I feel a little unwell. My whole body hurts; I don't even feel like I have any strength at all." Garp replied in a dissatisfied tone.
"Oh, that's a natural thing, considering you've reached old age. Feeling sick is normal for an old man like you." He nodded.
"You brat, this has absolutely nothing to do with my age! This is caused by the poison that woman gave us." He shouted. "Last time when I was captured, I couldn't exert my strength, but now I'm made to feel pain all over my body. This treatment is getting worse and worse."
Scratching his ear, he lightly replied, "Hearing you speak so loudly, I believe you are still fine. Shall I call Semiramis to add a dose more of that poison?"
"A-are you a demon?!" Garp was wide-eyed.
"Okay, stop joking around. The reason why I asked for Semiramis is because Tsunade isn't around now; if she were, you would have been injected with the same poison."
"Here, food and water, you need them. I don't want Sengoku to complain to me for not feeding you guys." After that, he planned to leave the prison.
"Wait, where is Kizaru now?" After he was put into the cell, he didn't see Kizaru at all.
Hearing Garp's question, he's smiling, "Scheherazade still seals him. But don't worry, he's fine. As for CP0, he's not as lucky as Kizaru."
"Seals? What kind of seal are you talking about?"
"When Sengoku redeems you guys, you will know for yourself when they are released." He said as he waved his hand.
"Wait, there's still something else I want to ask." Garp hurriedly stopped him again.
Stopping, he returned to the front of Garp's cell, this time with a chair. Sitting with one leg over the other's, Vermillion said, "Ask. I'm in a good mood now, and I may answer some of your questions."
Closing his eyes briefly, Garp then asked, "That girl... she said that she was a Knight King. I wonder, why is she willing to follow you to become a Pirate?"
Vermillion smiled when he heard the question, "Since you asked, then I will tell you about my friends. When the Navy wants to give them a bounty, you can help me promote them better."
"Brat, do you want to use the Navy as a propaganda tool?" He asked with dissatisfaction.
"Her name is Artoria Pendragon, known as King Arthur. As for why she wanted to join me... although I became a Pirate by will, that doesn't mean all my comrades are Pirates." He said, "Artoria does not consider herself a Pirate, although she does not mind being objected to the same as a Pirate by the World Government."
"So what about Gilgamesh and Semiramis? If they are both high-status people, why do they respect you so much?" The previously silent Zephyr suddenly asked.
"They are from the same region, and their status is justified. The world is big; even the Navy can't know everything."
"Like Artoria, they want to accompany me, not as pirates. As for why they respect me so much, that is a secret between us." He replied. The system's existence was, of course, something he would keep from anyone.
"A king like them is willing to sail with you, even if the world misunderstands them as Pirates. It seems your identity is not as simple as just a pirate."
"That's right." Zephyr agreed, "Seeing as you have no intention of taking the Captain's position on the ship, it seems Pirates are only your temporary interest. Are you a king, too? Only a king can be friends with other kings."
"Looking at your movements lately, are you planning to overthrow the World Government?" He asked with an intense gaze, hoping to get the answer he wanted.
Standing up from his chair, Vermillion walked out of the prison area while smiling provocatively, "Hasn't the war already begun?"
