"Well, this is a good day to visit Mike and his daughters. I am on leave today, so we can do anything you want," my father said to no one in particular, and I couldn't help but smile.
"Do you need to be on leave even if you own the company, dad?" My brother asked, and my father chuckled.
"Of course, I am also an employee, and I don't want to show my staff that I am abusing my position." Our dad replied.
"I want you to bear in mind that even if we own the company, we should work harder every day to make them more inspired with their job; you have to set an example to the loyal employees of our company," Dad added, and I don't know how to react since I don't have any plan working in our company.
