Selena's POV
"Oh, Skyler, that would be lovely. I miss the plantation so much." I responded after Sky woke me up from my slumber and informed me we were leaving early to visit the plantation and we would be staying there for one week.
I didn't want to ruin his surprise for me, and I could see the happiness on his face as he watched my expression. I wasn't faking my happiness, but since Pam told me about Skyler's plan to surprise me, I outdid my reaction, but I am sure he didn't doubt anything.
"One week? Wow, I don't know what to say," I mumbled, and he never failed to surprise me since Pam didn't mention we would stay at the plantation for one week.
"I want you to enjoy every moment, and I wish you to have enough time with the fireflies," he replied. I couldn't stop myself from hugging him. Sky was laughing as we both fell back into his bed.
