Selena's POV
"What should we do now?" My sister asked the moment we reached the roof deck.
"Let us hide over there," I responded as I pointed to the little room.
"Do you think they will not find us there? I think we are doomed, and there is no way out." She replied.
"There is always a way, Gwen," I replied, still catching my breath.
"How can we get out of here? We can't simply jump, Selena," she replied with sarcasm, and I knew she felt frustrated as she turned off her flashlight.
"Don't lose hope, Gwen, there is only one way to stop this, and you should listen to me," I responded.
"What do you want us to do, Selena? We can't just jump from here and meet our demise," she exclaimed, and I shook my head.
"Listen to me, Gwen; you have to hide; I will go and meet them halfway. I will tell them I was the one they were looking for," I declared.
"Come on, Selena, you can't do that," she replied.
