Selena's POV
I didn't cry because I didn't want to be weak. I needed to be strong no matter how I tried to scream and let go of the pain I felt inside. I only came here for my father. My sweet moments with Skyler were just icing on the cake.
"Hey, what are you doing?" I heard Stanley's voice behind me, but I didn't turn around and face him as I continued putting my clothes in my suitcase.
"You told me I could go home anytime, right?" I asked.
"Yeah, but not after what happened between you and my brother," he responded with concern in his voice.
"You told me you shredded the contract I signed, meaning I am now free to go back to Isla Verde," I responded.
"Come on, Selena; if this is all about Vivienne, you don't need to go because of her." He replied.
"How could you lie to me? You said she left your brother and ended things with him, but the way I saw the anger on her face as she attacked me was telling me a different story." I replied.
