"I want you to trade him for a greendown core" the beast said.
"okay I'll try, but I don't know if they will give me a greendown core for this one, what if they don't find this one worth as much as the core? ."
"don't worry about that if he's really a Paraginion Elite they will trade him."
Smith who heard what the beast was saying was confused by it's words ' what the fuck is a paraginion elite?'
...
After the elf was done talking with the beast Smith got transported away, he was then put in a cage.
He tried to break free but it didn't work, as the damage he did instantly got repaired.
'well let's just wait and see who they will trade me with.'
...
Smith had to sit in the cage for atleast a month, maby longer.
He was also fed the most minimal food and water that was aimed to just keep him alive.
Smith already knew that he didn't have to eat and drink as much as he previously had too, which he actually found quite nice.
After a while he got put on a carriage, and he had to travel for around 3 weeks trough the lush forest before he reached his new destination.
He evantually arrived at an open area.
There he could see some of the elves who were talking to some lizards who looked a bit like him, the only real noticeable difference was that lizards looked more colorful than Smith, they had three spikes on their head which had a yellow color, and the color of their body was light orange with a few yellow stripes on them.
Once they saw the carriage arrive all of their eyes focused on Smith.
Some of them looked surprised as they didn't expect him to have such a different color from them, and he also had a different color than the normal Elites. Which mostly had streaks of red or other bright colors on them.
So the lizards first didn't believe the elves, and started to yell at them that they had tricked them, the elves then also got mad that they got called liars.
So a fight almost broke out, which was quickly calmed down by one of the more rational thinkers.
Smith just had to transform in front of them. But nobody could talk to Smith as none of them spoke the same language, so they had to depict to Smith what he had to do.
Smith understood what they were trying to convey, so he first pointed at the cage, he couldn't transform in such a smale space.
So they let him free, he than transformed into his first form.
The lizards were happy, so they completed the deal and then took Smith, who had already transformed back into his humanoid form.
Smith didn't think of running away as he could probably find a lot of useful resources were he would head to next.
The lizards handed over the green core thing the beast asked for and then they both went on their way.
The lizards signaled him to come as they didn't speak the same language.
Smith then quietly got on the carriage, and then they moved away from the forest.
Some of the lizards tried to communicate with him but to no avail.
After a some time they left the forest, and Smith could see a vast plane of sand which reached as far as the eye could see.
He could also see the trees following the sand at the west side which he found kind of weird.
On if the lizards saw Smith looking confused at the trees in the distance, so he gave him a map.
Smith looked at the map and saw the lizard pointing at a small point on the map, which was the location they were previously in.
The part were he was in was only a small part of the forest, it exctually expanded a lot to the west.
Smith also saw how big the desert was, it was huge. He could also see some other symbols on the map which looked like rocks, and even some castle symbols could be seen on it.
A part of the map was also crossed out, Smith looked at the lizard who gave him the map, but there was still the language barrier so he couldn't ask him what it meant.
After a week of more traveling they finally arrived at their destination, a huge rock formation could be seen far from the distance.
On one of the huge rocks Smith could see a stone castle, which didn't look like a typical castle as it had stone spikes coming out of the walls, the towers on the side also looked really bulky and on top of them there was some weird floating crystal.
On the other rock one could see a castle that looked almost exactly the same and between these two huge rocks a big gate could be seen standing.
As they got closer one could see a lot of carriages in front of the gate, not much later as they arrived closer towards it they were led to a side gate which granted them immediate access to the stone city.
Now that they were inside Smith could see the whole city.
It looked cool, houses were made wherever there was space, there was also a market in the middle where a lot of different goods could be seen, their were also a lot of different races which Smith hadn't seen before.
They evantually traveled trough the whole city and were then led to the farthest huge stone.
There Smith was led inside of an opening in the stone, inside there was a big military base.
Smith could see hundreds of soldiers being trained by a few instructors who put their whole soul into training the lizards, and some other races.
He evantually arrived at a sort of office, once he was inside he could see a lizard with a few red stripes running down his neck and back talking with another lizard with blue stripes running down its neck and back.
They both focused their gaze on Smith as he entered.
