The [Hanged Man] Stand speaks for itself.
Though its exact ability remains unknown, and whether it truly allows free access to the mirror world as the character claims, the fact that audiences are still trying to grasp this Stand's power is enough to pique their interest.
Then there's [Emperor].
Compared to the mysterious [Hanged Man], [Emperor] might seem less impressive—just a handgun, after all.
Similar firearms are practically ubiquitous in some countries across the ocean.
You could say that many have been trained in American-style quick-draw since childhood.
Even if [Emperor] shoots bullets that can curve and can be manipulated by Hol Horse, this sort of thing could be done by almost anyone using the excessive firepower of an industrialized nation, right?
But remember, [Emperor] is a Stand!
It's visible only to Stand users!
As long as it's not summoned, even Stand users may not know or see it!
Even though Hol Horse foolishly revealed himself as a Stand user when he approached Polnareff, this doesn't mean [Emperor] is weak.
On the contrary, it might be the strongest assassination-type Stand!
Manipulable bullets mean Hol Horse can shoot from any angle, ensuring he hits his target.
The small handgun appearance of the Stand makes it hard for anyone to notice.
It also means Hol Horse can bring it into any location without being detected by any surveillance equipment on the market.
As long as the user isn't exposed.
Hol Horse can easily approach any target and launch a lethal strike from an unexpected corner!
That's the power of [Emperor].
Paired with the elusive capabilities of [Hanged Man],
Hol Horse should not be the one to draw attention.
It should be [Hanged Man], already exposed, drawing focus to create an assassination opportunity for Hol Horse.
Unfortunately, in the story "Emperor and Hanged Man, Part One", Hol Horse chose the worst possible pairing.
Of course, it's not that big of a deal.
After all, if it were reversed,
Polnareff and his group wouldn't stand a chance of victory.
Unlike [Hanged Man]'s user J. Geil, who has the obvious trait of two right hands, if Hol Horse wants to hide, with India's vast population, and given [Emperor]'s significant shooting range, there's no way Polnareff and his crew would find Hol Horse's true self.
The method of attacking a Stand to locate its user might not even apply to Hol Horse.
Let's not even mention the speed and precision needed to intercept bullets.
With the ability to manipulate bullets, Hol Horse can retract them the moment they're shot at by enemies.
After all, [Emperor] doesn't only shoot one bullet; Hol Horse can fire as many as he wants, and even Araki-sensei has commented on how nearly limitless this ability is.
So...
Jotaro, hurry up and think of something with your invincible [Star Platinum]: "So why not Jotaro!?"

How could he possibly be slower than Avdol and Kakyoin in finding Polnareff?

To prevent another situation like before, Jolyne began reviewing the viewers' feedback on this episode, feeling quite pleased as she gave herself a thumbs-up.
