At some point, Kakyoin Noriaki had arrived at the infirmary. He was casually leaning against the window, with a relaxed expression on his face.
While watching Kujo Jotaro struggle with the school nurse, who was trying to attack him, Kakyoin sneered, "You guessed it right. This female nurse has already been controlled by my Stand."
Kakyoin even had the leisure to toy with a puppet in his hands, using this direct mockery to illustrate the current state of the nurse.
He then "kindly" warned, "If you attack my Stand, you'll end up hurting her, JOJO."

Whether Kakyoin's words were true or not, as long as there was even a slight chance, Jotaro would hesitate.
Just like how Joseph Joestar had to comply with Straizo's commands when the latter took a hostage in "Battle Tendency."

Sora observed the scene being played out on the invisibility device. Kakyoin's Stand, [Hierophant Green], had transformed into a whip-like shape to enter the nurse's body and was manipulating her to attack Jotaro.
With an expression of certainty, he nodded to his earlier hypothesis and sighed, "Even though he started by hitting people and ended up in jail for destroying someone's private parts, and acted indifferent when he heard about the Jonathan and DIO situation, Jotaro still inherited the Joestar lineage."
Even if the nurse's strength was amplified by the reckless control of [Hierophant Green], Jotaro's Stand was far from weak.

In that case, defeating the Joestar bloodline might have been more feasible.
Unfortunately, Straizo had too much of a warrior's spirit back then. Upon seeing Joseph Joestar not fleeing, he honored their agreement, released the hostage, and didn't use blood to replenish his vitality.
But this way is more challenging!
When the enemy holds a hostage, and they can't abandon the hostage either, how can they turn the situation around and win?
"The simplest method would be for Jotaro to use his Stand's speed and power to launch a direct attack on Kakyoin himself!" Sora suggested.
Kakyoin only mentioned not attacking [Hierophant Green] inside the nurse, but said nothing about not attacking him, the Stand user. If Jotaro could move quickly enough to knock Kakyoin unconscious or choke him to disrupt his breathing, [Hierophant Green] would disappear.
And more importantly, the success rate of this approach is...
"Ninety-five percent," Shiro, with memory and computational abilities comparable to a supercomputer, swiftly calculated the speed Jotaro used to catch bullets with his Stand and the distance between Jotaro and Kakyoin. She calmly provided the answer.
If they had the full data on [Hierophant Green], the success rate would be 1000%!
"Of course, I personally recommend the second method." Sora mysteriously smiled, "It prevents Kakyoin from reacting boldly to Jotaro's Stand's speed and power or using [Hierophant Green] inside the nurse to act faster than Jotaro."

Because Kakyoin never anticipated such a solution, he failed to take any precautions against it. Even when [Hierophant Green] was being successfully pulled out, he had a look of complete shock!
But Jotaro wouldn't stop just because Kakyoin was caught off guard.
"I won't harm the nurse."
Jotaro confidently smirked as he used his Stand to grip [Hierophant Green]'s head. "Once I pulled your Stand out, it really was just a sneaky Stand that only clings to others, Kakyoin!"
