"How much is it?" asked Arthur. He was immediately attracted to the building because of its excellent view.
"Yeah, this one is around 300 Million Euros because the land is so large," Garnet replied, looking like he was having trouble saying it because it was indeed a very high number.
It wasn't that he doubted Arthur's finances.
After that, he continued, "we can negotiate first. It may take some time, but I'm sure the price can drop even further than that."
"No need, I want that one, contact the owner and say that someone wants to buy it." Arthur didn't want to beat around the bush, he wanted things done in no time, the price didn't matter for the sake of speed.
